I am adding my name to the other complaints against e-tour and travel. They confirmed reservations I made and when I called the resort to confirm them they advised me that I DO NOT have a reservation. This was made way in advance the reservation is not until June 21st 2013. We all planned our family reunion and now they don't want to refund my original $149.00 The will return my upgrade which my credit card would do also. They tell me I can still use those dollars for a different vacation not hearing ,I do not want to do business with a company that has mislead us up to now.I now see that there are other complaints against this company. Can you help me? 954-761-3563 Roberta

    Dear John and Nita,

My suggestion is to call your Credit Card Company.  Also, I remember, that when I talked to them, they told me that they send a copy of the recorded conversation to CC company.

The company called me today and asked for all the same information (visa number, address, phone number ect...). They were very pushy and wouldnt even let me speak. I told them to call me back and they did, but i never answered. Good thing i looked all this up before I went ahead and did everything. They were charging me $498 American, I live in Canada. I hope people look this company up before doing anything. The girl Destiny that I talked with kept asking me my VISA number and I kept telling her I dont have any of my info. on me that I was driving, but she kept on asking me. VERY VERY Pushy sales people.

I went to my vacation that I bought thru etour and have another to take soon. The first one was wonderful, I hope the second is as great. They are very pushy and my husband put them in their place. Any problems that I had was quickly resolved and I even purchased more vacations from the timeshare that we visited. The timeshare place that I visited said that we were the first people that had everything go right. The reason they are so pushy is because they get $300-$500 for each person that shows up. They acually own timesshares so you pay them plus they pay them. I would suggest to try your best to take the vacations or they told me I could transfer them to someone else for $25.00. If they keep calling you block their number from your phone, or thru your local telephone company by saying they are harrassing you. I hope you all can resolve your issues.

I booked a vacation to Orlando via E Tour and Travel and as part of the
package I requested that we pick up our rental car in Ft. Walton Bch. Fl.
Because we would be visiting family there and we also asked for an upgrade
from economy class to an SUV or minivan. We were charged extra for the up-
grade. When we arrived at Ft. Walton Bch and contacted Enterprise and E Tour and Travel, we were informed that E Tour and Travel did not have a
contract with Ft. Walton Bch Enterprise. No one had told us this previous-
ly and we ended up very inconvenienced because of this experience. Please
refund our upgrade price as soon as possible. Our Enterprise confirmation
number was 51P7VM. Our vacation was from 7/5/09 to 7/9/09. Please contact
me as soon as possible about when I can expect my refund. Thank you, Karen
    Cooper zip code 77505.

Got a call from Wm McRae from Etour & Travel.com.  He was a real jerk. When my husband told him he wanted to discuss this with me, he called him all kind of names.  Said if a squirrel would go up his pants the squirrel won't have anything to bite!  He called him a "[***]" and said when his wife walks in does he grab his balls to protect them. This is a businessman. This company should be shut down.  Don't do business with them. Of course my husband was smart enough not to give him any info and he kept insisting on a credit card number.  If you get a call from this company.... hung up.

had a phone call from the said company who said i won a holiday for 4 people to orlando, i said was not interested as we did not have passports and have family of 6 not 4, she told me to leave one child at home, as if. have since found out they tried to take from bank account credit card, fortunetly they stopped the transaction i never agreed too, they already had the last four digits of both of my credit cards. they have forced a transaction through my other credit card which went through which i have since found out and reported it as fraud. i would never ever give details of my bank details over the phone to anyone. this company needs to be closed down after special investigations for all the other fraudulant transactions that they do. fortuneate both my cards are fraud protected. hope this never happens to anyone else.

They called me asking for the girl who used to have my phone number, said she won a contest and since it was my number now that i qualify for the prize. They were very pushy, i denied it a few times  but he kept on going with the offer of 2 2night stays in FL over a period of 2 years with a rental for only $99. I dont even know how i actually agreed to  give them my card number (even if it was to an account i never use)because im very cautious when it comes to my credit information. By the end of the conversation i ended up saying that i didnt have the money in the account that i didnt want the offer. For the next following three weeks i made sure that the money they wanted was not in the account so they couldnt take it. I thought i was in the clear when i check my account 4 weeks later  and in my account hold they took double the amount even said, and i can not stop the payment or dispute the charges until they process!

I recieved my bank statement today. Ett-Tour travel pulled $1,500 dollars from my checking account 10/27/009. I was told by the sales person that I could cancell this trip in the next 15 days if I changed my mind trip or the dates. He gave me his phone number and said he was sending me a pdg in the mail so I could deciced if i wanted the pdgs. He said I would be staying at animal kindom and yes their was room for a family of 6 to a nice suite and only one person from the 5 pdgs needed to attend a 90 minute time share meeting.I told him i needed to check with the other families before I could do anything. When I called him back the next day the number is not his number.

This company is horrible. They took me for the initial $98 before I saw all the reviews... Ok, lesson learned, I lost $98. Told them that, they agreed and said they'd never call me again. Not the end of the story. That was a year and a half ago. They still call me even after repeatedly assuring me that they would stop and I am on their do-not-call list. Even after repeated complaints to government entities, I still get calls. Read all the reviews you can find before doing business with this company. And beware of positive reviews... several other web sites state that positive reviews can be traced to an IP address originating with the company itself.

My 86 year old mother received a bill from this fraudulent company today.  When I called to cancel and ask for a refund they told me it was past 15 days and therefore there was nothing they could do.  My mother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and does not remember this transaction, let alone tell me about it within their 15 day time frame.  I plan on contacting her credit card company, Florida's BBB and attorney general, as well as the government agency that oversees elder abuse.  If anyone knows how to make these complaints more public please use your expertise.
