package I requested that we pick up our rental car in Ft. Walton Bch. Fl.
Because we would be visiting family there and we also asked for an upgrade
from economy class to an SUV or minivan. We were charged extra for the up-
grade. When we arrived at Ft. Walton Bch and contacted Enterprise and E Tour and Travel, we were informed that E Tour and Travel did not have a
contract with Ft. Walton Bch Enterprise. No one had told us this previous-
ly and we ended up very inconvenienced because of this experience. Please
refund our upgrade price as soon as possible. Our Enterprise confirmation
number was 51P7VM. Our vacation was from 7/5/09 to 7/9/09. Please contact
me as soon as possible about when I can expect my refund. Thank you, Karen
