I live on S.S. and since I am not planing to go to Orlando Or Datona, I would like my money back. I am 73 yrs old and feel like I was pressured into excepting the so called deal. This is a faugulent company, & I do hope I can get my money back. When I asked for a refund I was refused. Said I was to late to get a refund. I called within 10 days of them taking $198.00 out of my checking account.

    obviously you believe everything you read  we took our vacation this year06/11  after buying it in 07/09 we had a wonderful time we were charged only the taxes on the condos and rental car and if you listen and it is actually ETOUR & TRAVEL you will get what they put in writing and they never say airfare included.

    I was duped by the same company. August 5,2011 My bank received a bank charge against my account for 289.00 for a Florida Vacation. I called as quickly as I could to not charge my account. All the good reasons to not charge my account. They were not going to refund my monies.I am also a 81 years old and also living on Social Security.

    Much smarter than before.

    They called me several times too. Horrible service, very VERY pushy sales people. I asked if I can think about it and call them back obviously they wouldn't let me know. They said I had to give them my information now and I can ask for a refund later. Pretty sure that's a scam just based on their liability through speech and even their website seems pretty sketch. I was transferred over to a complete jerk and was very rude and when I said it's okay that I wouldn't want the package, he didn't even wait for me to finish and hung up.

    Please do not give your credit card information over the phone, especially when someone calls YOU instead of you calling and verifying that number.

    I really hope they shut down.

    Also to add onto that what I said above.

    The website said they were closed on SUNDAYS. And they called me on a Sunday. I am sure whoever calls on Sundays are just scammers.

    This company is a "BIG FRAUD" THEY CALLED ME AN HOUR AGO. telling me i won a trip to 3 places Orlando Daytona Beach and to the Bahamas. A 16 day trip
    and i gave them my Visa number but i made sure it didn't have nothing in the card..The lady was so pushy and she said she can wait doesn't matter how long because she is getting paid by the hour. I told her a few times that i didn't have my visa on me and she kept repeating her self over and over.." that she needed to no the expiry date on the visa". after i hung up i made sure i called my visa company and cancel the card as soon as possible. She told me i had to pay 398 and i come to find out that she tried to take out 3 different time one payment for 700$ next payment for 498$ and the last payment 298$ and none of them went through but she told me it did and i was confused because i remember i didn't have anything in the card. But i made sure to cancel my visa card as soon as possible. also i came online to research this company and thank god i did. because i just don't no why they would do such thing... The number they called me from was 416-930-3081...

    Thank you Nancy for your post...I received the identical call today stating I won a 16 day trip to Orlando, Daytona Beach and the Bahamahs.  They threw sooo much information at me and then hit me with the...we only need $498 to reserve your winning trip.  I was confused and tried repeatedly to not give them my credit card information.  She was extremely pushy and kept repeating all she needed was my 16 digit credit card # and the trip would be mine.  Against my better judgement I gave her my card #.  As soon as I got off the phone I called my credit card and had it cancelled.  They had already tried 3 times to get funds...first time being maxed on my credit card was to my advantage.  Don't be taken in.  DO NOT GIVE IN and give them your card number and if you did...call ASAP and cancel it.

    I am sorry I never heard of this co. before hand.  I made the mistake of not fully understand who I was dealing  with.  I have a timeshare and thought it was them who were contacting me.  I had lost a previous reservation and thought they werwe bringing me back the opportunity.  My bad.  I had agrred but told the guy I was on a fixed income and couldn't pay it all at one time.  I gave the date pf April 1, 2012 to complete the transaction.  OOPS amount taken out 2/2/12.  Melissa who I spoke with said there was nothing I could do.  Ifthisis the PR they give no wonder so many peopleare mislead and upset aaand not able to get refunds.  At my age i should have known better. I hope future customers will think twiceaboutagreeingwith the offer.

    They thought they had me but i hung up on there ***. I already had scams messing arond i DON'T need anymore!!!!!!
