Dispute fraudulent or unauthorized charges through your bank or credit card company, and block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse disputed charges if you dispute them within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. I did indeed get the same charge after a free trial that I ended early. Never signed up or heard of them before.

I have been charged 29.95 for 2 months now, just got off the phone with them, I told them I have never given this company my information. They had all my info, I feel as if I had been raped, violated. I will contact better business bureau, my bank, and my local representatives offices. They seem to be the ones stealing identities. A scam is what this place is about sums them up!

Hi!  Sorry to hear about your problem.  This company charged my credit card  $59.90 (two times  $29.95) per month for more than two year (for two their programs I never heard about).  I never signed any agreements with this company for any program.  I spent a lot of time (and nerves) talking with their agents and "supervisor" but they refused to return any of my money.  I am going to contact BBB in order to get a full return. ...  Do you know any organization who could help to stop this company?   Regards.  Vera

I had the same problem, fraudulent charges of $29.95 on my Visa bill from Identity Hawk after signing up and then canceling membership to Freescore.com. Apparently Freescore passed on my Visa information to Identity Hawk. Ironic that Identity Hawk is suppose to protect people from fraud and are doing so themselves.

There are subtle ways to handle I/P crooks and thieves such as Identity Hawk.

I have been screwed six months @ $19.95 a month. that's $120 worth of nothing.Spoke with FBI that said they were currently aware of their schemes based upon persons seeking credit profiles through "Freescore"

    I received following:
This email confirms that your membership in IdentityHawk has been cancelled per your membership terms. (I never was a member)  Your cancellation confirmation number is 63197502-20110831. You do not need to do anything else to cancel your membership.

We thank you for your interest in IdentityHawk,(what gaul) and we hope your membership experience was a positive one.(Yeah, being screwed out of $120.00)

If you have any comments or suggestions that might help us better serve our members,(give back what you have stolen fraudently) please feel free to email us at memberservices@identityhawk.com.
    Sincerely,

I called IdentityHawk and they transferred me to Freescore so they are in the same call center, I am assuming its a subsidiary of free score. I let them know that I would never have signed up for it and that freescore somehow sold my information and after speaking to about 3 different supervisors they refunded my money! All the same they really should be reported for their tactics!
