I bought 2 android tablets as christmas presents. One stopped working after 2 weeks and the other after 3 weeks. I notified Ebellking via email and they said return items to China at my cost. I read their returns policy because I wasn't happy to spend any more money with them. The returns policy mentioned that repairs should be paid for by me, plus the cost to ship back to UK. The policy also said that they only refund on goods that are resaleable. This opened up a few questions and concerns which I emailed to them 3 times and they just didn't respond. They don't answer the phone number in Surrey which I think has now been removed and I have wasted 140 pounds on rubbish that's fit for the bin. My advice would be DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

You must work for them.
They have stole my money and in the process ruined a Christmas present.
i ordered a Tablet from them - it was delivered 3 weeks later but the unit couldn't charge at all (it also looked like the one they had given me first belonged to someone else [had a few documents bearing someone else's name}) promptly returned the unit and have waited 3 months. i spoke to the post office in my home town and they assured me the package arrived at its destination 2 and a half months ago. the complaints department for ebellking has subsequently stopped replying to my mails since i notified them of this.
DO NOT BUY FROM EBELLKING!

They are terrible communicators and never answer your questions.
Not convinced tablets are genuine, maybe some sort of copies. I could not find barcode of my unit on Zenithinks web site.
Suggest you buy from reputable company
Never buy from these people.
