I  bought 2 android tablets as christmas presents.  One stopped working after 2 weeks and the other after 3 weeks.   I notified Ebellking via email and they said return items to China at my cost.  I read their returns policy because I wasn't happy to spend any more money with them.  The returns policy mentioned that repairs should be paid for by me, plus the cost to ship back to UK.  The policy also said that they only refund on goods that are resaleable.  This opened up a few questions and concerns which I emailed to them 3 times and they just didn't respond.  They don't answer the phone number in Surrey which I think has now been removed and I have wasted 140 pounds on rubbish that's fit for the bin.     My advice would be DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    This company is a joke, the most unprofessional outfit around, I don't even need to tell you how bad they are. No customer service, no professionalism, no idea or moral structure to this outfit, STAY AWAY from them!

        After making order i tried to cancel.Eventually got back to me to say out of stock.Said I wanted a refund again when offered alternatives.Now they have send tracking number,don't want it don.t know what it is.
        So pissed off i didn't see this site before.
        Once they have your money they don't care what they send .Still waiting to know where to return to.
        Anyone else AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

        i have just brought 2 tablets from your company 1 has come damaged and more than likely will not work for very long. after reading all these comments i dont feel comfortable sending the items back they are my kids christmas presents its what they have asked for they wil be devasted when they find out they can not get them. contact me as soon as possible at nicholajameson@hotmail.co.uk

    With regards to Ebellking, and their dodgy UK contact, I would suggest that, in addition to Trading Standards, you also contact your own banks who can invistigate this companies fraudulent ways.

    Hopefully, if enough return charges are applied for, we can not only get our money back but also make a sizeable dent in this rogue traders bank. Maybe, even stop them from trading.

    Trading standars has now been given contact details for their UK base.

    The 'UK office' that Ebellking quotes, is actually a private residence in a small bed-sit in

    I also have a 9.7 inch Cube tablet from ebellking

    worked perfectly for 6 weeks , then the power adaptor failed. anyone got any idea where I can purchase replacements ? because whilst sending a message to them, I don't have confident that they will reply ---- pity because the tablet is first class

    I had a similar experience both in respect of Ebellking.com and Paypal.

    I believe David has the right idea, if all the dissastified customers complain to Paypal and go through the process of marking them as a bad risk on Paypals system that may cut them off. More importantly if we all use the Consumer Credit Act rights we have to get our cash back through our credit cards they may do something. this would also have the benfit of us getting our cash back. There is a simple process and templates at adviceguide.org.uk from Consumer Advice so that's what i am in the process of pusuing.

    I recieved a faulty tablet.  Contacted ebellking by email they said they'd pay postage when I'd returned item. As per their web site. This was 7 June, still no postage refund and they don't answer any emails now.  Fortunately I started a paypal dispute straight away and got the cost of the tablet back.  But am still £21 out of pocket for postage.  My advise is steer clear of this company.  I made a comment about this on someones fb page- but comments seem to have been removed.

    I just thought that I would share with my twopennyworth also.  I bought abtablet in May and it lasted less than two months before it packed up.  After contact and sending the wretched thing back to their UK postal address they have managed to lose it.  I did manage to use Skype to contact them (Catherine99266) and as soon as they "lost the argument" they went into a meeting.

    Avoid this lot like the PLAGUE is my view!

    My tablet arrived and had a faulty screen its now one week later 17 emails no existing UK office no phone no you can contact them on ,no UK support a pay pal dispute and a big headache.wop ding bang.

I have been told by Cathy who seems to be the only one at ebelking that the uk return address is just a PO box and no one is there to receive anything.Who then handles the tablets some sort of ghost! This was after i said i would deliver faulty product by hand . You will now see that there web site which used to state that they had UK customer support has been withdrawn . strange that ?

    Seems like there's been no improvement in their products or there customer service, I bought 2 Flytouch 8 last week 19 Sept 2012, one seemed ok until you tried to down load anything from app store, just get error message no matter what, second one took 3 or 4 attempts to boot up and when it did the camera didn't work, by day 2 it wouldn't turn on at all. I was told I had to return them to there office in China, because the package weighed 3.5kg it would £80, a friend of mine bought one at the same time was given a return address in Surrey! When questioned about this I was told the UK address was a post office address only and if I didn't return it to china I wouldn't get a refund. At this point we both started a dispute with paypal, hopefully anyone buying from them has paid by paypal, if your not happy start a dispute within 20 days that way there is a chance you may get your money back, hopefully if enough people go down this route they will blacklist them, once this was done I was informed I could send the tablets back to there UK address, I will be posting parcel tomorrow so will update this post regularly untill it is resolved.
