It is the same company just many different phone numbers over the year.
This is not a debt collector, this is a scam for a payday loan. I inquired about a payday loan but never got one, this man called me on 33012 first at 6:54am then again begining at 9:22am he then proceeded to cuss out my husband and then myself, he called 21 times between 9:22am and 9:41am just to cuss us out. I called and reported him to the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission), they said he is a scam and they are going to prossicute him to the fullest if there are any other people out there he has called they want to know about it, at this time he is looking at substancial prision time. Also if you put any info out there for a payday loan contact the credit agencys and put a fraud alert on your social security number also contact your bank accounts and do the same for them, then call the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 and make a report, it will add to the charges on this guy. Please know I do not take this lightly and will not stop until he is behind bars, The FTC and myself will make sure this happens so please report him if he called you.

    the authorities wont be able to track these people down. they seem to be calling from india . they use different tel numbers if you tell them they re fraudulent. they wait about a month and the clls start again. last night they called like 20 times with different numbers. my husbald pick up the phone and tried talking with their accent. it was funny but annoying at the same time. what i do is turn off the volume on the tone and live the answering machine on on very low volume. good luck

      I just got a call from their number (864)-302-4503 and missed it. When you try to call back. It's a fake number. Lucky me I had the brains to search up the number and will pay then a visit.

    Called me from 407-992-8470 and left a recorded message telling me to call 800-941-3849. I never return these idiot calls. I saw this on another page and called Verizon, who is my current cell phone provider and who I am up to date on payments with - and I was told by the Verizon rep that THIS COMPANY IS PHISHING FOR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND IS IN NO WAY ASSOCIATED WITH VERIZON - and they noted it on my account.

    This person called my job and cell number stating he was a detective and he was filing a case for check fraud.....I called the ftc and found out he is not a legitimate company...people beware he is calling and giving false information.

      Detective Brown called and left a message on my cell stating, " it looks like your name is attached to some criminal accusations that are criminal in nature and releasing this over to the Constable's office you need to contact me at 404 445 1521 and I will return your call within 24 hours. "  Case number FVR3180 . I have to admit  his approach was very smooth in the beginning of the call he actually stated the last 4 digits of my social security number, really? When I returned the call several times, and received a voicemail saying if a warrant has been issued already, there is their "office" can do and you need to contact your local attorney. Wow! I recently applied for a credit account at just brakes last week and wala. Unbelievable!

        I got text messages from this number, the person wouldn’t give me their name, but they knew mine and my last 4 of social....this is scary

    I have been receiving calls from these idiots about 10 calls a day. I have MR Number app on my phone. If you dont have it, GET IT!! You can block calls from unwanted spam and debt collectors. It will tell you if it's a suspected scam call or not. Every time I block their number, the seem to change the last 4 digits to get through. It so annoying. I'm tired of these people calling and harassing me for debts that aren't mine! They call about old debts that I have already paid off years ago. This is illegal. Keep filing complaints with your local government. If you dont know where to go, I would start with the state capital site and look for your state attorney. I have filed several in the state of FL. They are just slave driven bitter a**holes who have act as if they don't receive the same calls at home! They have left me sexually explicit messages and threats which I have saved for review with an attorney.

      I have gotten into shouting matches with these ppl.  I am so sick of them and I also have been saving the voicemails they leave.  They left a message at my in-laws with my social security number in the message - I was sooooo ANGRY about that.

    I just got a call from them too - very rude and asking me for information that they claim I have already submitted on their site to get a loan.  Which I have never done.

    These people are relentless. You'd think that something can be done but it can't. These payday loan places SELL your information, All you have to do is put your name & phone number on an application and your screwed. I've been dealing with this for over a year as have my reletives. NEVER put your phone number on anything. My family has since told them they don't know me. When you tell them your going to report them they get nasty and say go ahead we are with in our legal rights, but they are not. Collectors are allowed to call, but if you are not there, they are NOT allowed to give your DOB/SOC or any other information about you or threaten you or your family with legal action or arrest. A legitiment company will not do that. One of the many numbers calling me is 616-828-4545 comes accross as Level 3 Communnications LLC but they are not, if you call it back it answers ERC and gives you prompts to be removed, pay money or speak to a person. You can file all the complaints you want but I don't think anyone can stop them I've been trying for over a year. Good Luck.

    I get these phone calls everyday every week from 616-828-4545. Always calling  saying this messege is for Karen James They are form a recovery co they say.. It is a robo call stating if your not Karen James delete this messege. So I delete the messege. I have called telling them to take my phone no from their list. Nothing they still call.

    I received a call from a Kevin saying that he was a investigator agent and that I committed fraud because I got money from them which I never received and he said I had to write a statement saying I will pay the money back and fax it to this number  7608740305 and after that I needed to call him on this number 7868009877 to get the address he wanted Me to send a pre paid coupon for 150 dollars every week until I reach 4,000 he also been to my job 12times already

    These folks are MASSIVE SPAMMERS AND SOLICITORS. Their calling behavior borders HARRASSMENT.

    And the callers have also been rude, arrogant, and disrespectful when asked to remove my name/number from their list.

    If you call me again I WILL make a formal complaint with the FCC and the Attorney General in Texas.

    These people have begun to call me in the middle of the night.  They call from different numbers all day long and I see it on caller ID and I do not answer.  Now they are waking me up in the middle of the night and I cannot get back to sleep. Or I get early am calls just past 6 am, rush to the phone to see another "toll free call" or "unknown caller".  The couple times I have answered Imistake, no one would speak. I have a small business and live in my business.  I have a toll free number into my business I pay for, by call.  Are they calling on my toll free number and making me pay for the call???? I don't have the time to research this.  I'm worse than furious.  This has been going on for yrs and I'm losing it.  It's worse now that they are calling me in the middle of the night.  Someone please do something.  Who has the perfect answer to make these people stop??
