It is the same company just many different phone numbers over the year.
This is not a debt collector, this is a scam for a payday loan. I inquired about a payday loan but never got one, this man called me on 33012 first at 6:54am then again begining at 9:22am he then proceeded to cuss out my husband and then myself, he called 21 times between 9:22am and 9:41am just to cuss us out. I called and reported him to the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission), they said he is a scam and they are going to prossicute him to the fullest if there are any other people out there he has called they want to know about it, at this time he is looking at substancial prision time. Also if you put any info out there for a payday loan contact the credit agencys and put a fraud alert on your social security number also contact your bank accounts and do the same for them, then call the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 and make a report, it will add to the charges on this guy. Please know I do not take this lightly and will not stop until he is behind bars, The FTC and myself will make sure this happens so please report him if he called you.

    Called me from 512-553-3212 today and was threatening me.  I have had it happen before so I was really playing along.  She realized it then started cussing and hung up.  Her name is now Mrs. Lynn from Carson Law Firm.  HAHAHAHA

    Called with an intent of intimidation. Saying a warrant would be issued as well as check fraud charges. Called PD of area they claim they were representing ie. Pomona California; was told its scam, hang up and ignore. Filed a complaint with the FTC as well. A lady by the name of Darryl Lynn claiming to be an LA County litigator at number 512-553-3212. Says debt from a cash advance was owed needed to be paid by Friday August 5,2016 to avoid arrest. Amount asked for was $527 and to be transferred via Money Gram. Says she was calling from "Legal Consultant Services".

    phone number used to get my personal information when applying to rent a room in a house.  After supplying personal information, I was told that I was accepted to move in.  But then this person disappeared and never returned a phone call.  Now I see that the house appears vacant and was used as a front!

    LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - FL (only found out their name after Googling the phone number) called me today 8/8/17 from 561-419-6701 and left a threatening message about some legal action that they were going to take against me if I didn't call back. Glad to see that it is a scam. Sheesh.

    I have blocked these people and they change locations/numbers.  Phone number is 7044575786.  I am seriously considering filing a lawsuit against Level 3 communications LLC for letting this keep going and harassing phone calls. It is up to them to stop this..  Grover, NC and Fairview, NC. are just 2 of the locations.

    These people seems like they are a nut case. When told that I was not interested and ask him not to call back he began cursing me out and called me everything but a child of God. This is sickening.

    I have received these calls about getting a loan and have given some information and they are wanting to know passwords to online banking,I will not give that information but they are adamit that they will put the money in my account. The funny thing is they sent me a Text. I am so done.

    The number that called me was 313-879-2361. They actually called my parents house phone. He asked my mom the best time to contact me and what my cell phone number was. She said I don't know. He said ill just call back later my mom said to where she doesn't live here. The guy hung up after that

    Seems like another scam, and this time this foreign speaking hard to understand person indicated he was calling from Medicare regarding my prescription medicine, where he could offer it to me cheaper.  He knew my name, so where did he get his information on me?  And being on a prescription drug or drugs, I AM NOT! Not even on Medicare.  What  a scam!  I'm reporting this first to Medicare, and then to the Attorney General in my State.  Nasty [***]!  This is what happens when a country, any country lets the rich and disgusting misfits rule the land and not GOD our Creator.

      Century Link has the same CEO as was at Level 3 communications. Check out the website: CenturyLink.com. According to other posters, they have been prosecuted for international violations.

    Answer in a foreign language.   Don't use Spanish though because too many people speak Spanish.  Come up with a line in Swedish, or French, so that the caller understands that you don't speak English.  They won't call back.  It's not much to learn, just a couple of lines.

    The phone # 702-832-4131 appeared on my banking statement with a charge of $9.95. The phone # is associated with Level 3 Communications LLC. I never purchased anything from them.

    Received a call from (401) 622-1417 after doing some research I was lead to it coming from this Level 3 Communications LLC. they left a robocall message stating that they've been trying to contact me for 6 months and due to my lack of response a fraud case has been filed against me with the US Government.

      I received the same exact call claiming they are from IRS! I know for a fact that’s I have no issues with the IRS so I called the number back and some guy with a foreign accent answered, then I told him to never call my number again, and that I am reporting him to proper authorities for scamming. The guy was so furious, telling me to go ahead and hang up and I will soon receive a legal action. Such nerve!!
