Country: United States
I got a call today at home from a man stating he was a process server for Collin County DA's Office and he is with the Sheriff's office and needed to come serve a warrant on me.  I was shocked and asked why?  He stated do you live ....are you still at this address are you now at this address and I stated who are you?  He again, stated he was from the county going to serve court papers on me today. He gave me a toll free number for what he stated was the county's office which is 1 866.872.6116 gave me a case no. which he called a Cause No. 008307-TX. I called the number was transferred to a Mr. Fisher's office who stated that law suite in the amount of $6,214.24 was filed in Collin Co., Tx and that warrant was out for me.  He then after back and forth said let me get more information from my secretary and state this was for an outstanding debt in from Capital One a credit card that I obtained several years back and had disputes over interest charges etc.  He stated that if I did not want to go to court or jail that I could pay $1,951.00 in full by end of business today and this matter could be cleared up.  I explained that I recently lost my job etc.  Anyway, he stated that I needed to call him back by EOB today or they will serve the papers.  Ok, so that was a heads up for me.  I called the DA's office nothing is filed on me as of today, after searching PMG it is clear that they do not practice best practices for collections and have been in trouble for this before back in 2004.  I need someone to give me advise. I want to pay off my debt, I don't want this type of collections to continue this upset me, made my blood pressure raise, this type of collections are not the right thing to do.  Had they called and ask to make arrangements or give me an opportunity to clear the matter, rather then threaten me by taken legal action, or harassment stating they are sending a sheriff over today.  This is wrong, bad business, and should not continue this company is bad news.

    "Reverse SEO"
This seems like a sister industry to debt collection. Thugs who bully people with small threats while offering bribery, later attacking the websites and computers of people who "Da Boss wants us to whack" like 1920's mobsters. We do not fear you or your friends in the shady old debt collection industry. Your day has come and gone.

    Still think they can hide
Except looks like they'll be going after Wayne in Texas soon.  He thinks all he has to do to escape this mess and start over is to grow out his hair and move there.  Poor guy.  If only it were that easy.

Can anyone answer why CMAG is still in business.
Pamela Cummngs Matthew still has her FB pics open.
She has pictures of the whole gnarly crew.
What does the public need to do get the FTC to shut this place?

debt collectors a thing of the past.
The true loser is the Debt Collector that has no ability or education to support themselves in any other way but to lie and cheat.
This type of collection is archaic and you will not be able to collect from the public in this manner in the very near future.

Again I am with a company that does it by the book and when contacting the person who owes the money am told to f--- off. So act like you people would pay if we go to you. LIERS! You never planned on paying. Again professional debters. Your all losers. Stop acting like victums! This is the only way you have found to get out of paying but you will pay one way or another. Even if you dont pay money karma will get you all.

    lmao
So Wayne is hiding in the "Debtor State" ? Wow. Has anyone notified his victims who reside in Texas?

    Logic-Can we try it?
I want you to tell me who owes you money. Who did you lend money to. Better yet tell me how the companies who originally weren't paid benefit when you use your scam to get money from a debtor. Next, please tell me how you keep from contacting people who did not truly rack up the debt, but were in fact victims of identity theft. That's right, you have no answers. You were convinced a while back that rather than have to work a real job you could just harass people, their families and their employers. You are the DEAD BEAT. I am truly sorry that no one in this country wishes to pay your illegal "Spiff money".

Oh and guys, when you initially contact a debtor you must first notify them by mail. Writing a script that asks "Do you normally have problems with your mail?" and states "Since it wasn't returned to us I can see if the lawyer will reinstate the offer" is NOT the same as sending out a letter, in fact it makes it pretty damn obvious that you are lying scum who fail to follow ANY of the FDCPA rules.

Here is a link that EVERYONE here needs to read, especially if you sit in a cubicle calling people dead beats while refusing to pay your own bills.

    Scripts and talk-offs..
document intentional violations of FDCPA, including fraud and extortion.

You use a talk-off to evade a consumer dispute, you are engaged in fraud.
You use a threat to evade a consumer dispute, you are engaged in extortion.
Same if you call and make a threat to a relative.

    Simple as that.

    Texas AG
already has a cease and desist order against at least one of the Corona cluster, for illegal unlicensed and unbonded collection in Texas.

Maybe he will "fail to disclose" (under penalty of perjury) his earlier connection with a certain LLC with a Texas AG order, in connection with an application for a license.

Maybe they can grease the skids this time if he decides to operate from there.

    logic can we try response
come on man. your talking about maybe 1% of the debtors really are victims of fraud so dont try to use that damn card. 99% of you are dead beats and wont pay your bills unless your threatened and you are the same exact kind of people that have the child protective services threatening to take your kids too and thats the only way you will straight up.its sad that the only way you dead beats act like adults is if you are threatened but nice try on making excuses and sticking up for the 1% of real victims so now you can blame people like yourself that the real victims get threatening like this because there thrown in with all you debt beats so its hard to believe when people are really fraud victims because you losers use that as the first excuse when your called about your debt.stop using excuses so we can identify when theres real fraud victims you idiot. PROBLEM SOLVED

    it's funny
it's funny that you people think the police give one [***] about your petty little complaints.  "Get the police on these guys! Please!!!"  wah wah wah.
Obviously they don't care.  The only reason they shut Wayne and Jason down was to get some money.  So then Wayne and Jason just open up shop again?  Hell yeah!  Because the feds don't give a rats [***] about you, Mr. Debtor.  They just want the money they can illegally seize from smart debt collectors who have the ability to turn thousands into millions... And why, Mr. Debtor, do you call anyone a scum when it was you who signed a legally binding contract then turned around and screwed your creditor???
'Tis you, Mr. Debtor, who is scum!

    FTC documented that
you got money from people who didn't owe the alleged "debt", using illegal threats and deceptive "process server" acts.

They were not just "victims of fraud", they were victims of YOUR fraud.
Before you came along, they weren't victims of anything.

    he couldb't motivate the dead
That's just too funny. Is he supposed to be a motivational speaker?
That fool really just wants to hear himself speak.
What a worthless piece of crap.

    Motivational speaker
I'm a victim of these fools.  I'm currently in my 50's and began working right out of high school in the health care field.  I continue to work - by choice - part time.   I have that luxury because my husband has become so successful at what he does that I don't have to work if I don't want.  And by the way - we have NEVER had a delinquent debt in our 33 years of marriage - NEVER.  Anyway....because of several moves to different states, I have worked for 7 different companies during that time and NOT ONCE did any of our "pep" talks include such unprofessional foul language that was in that so-called motivational speech.

    HAHAHAHA
    Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?!

This is the FUNNIEST [***] I have EVER seen!!!

John Cook wears shorts, hats, long hair, flip-flops, and uses foul language in his "motivational" speeches.  Really? LOL

The funniest part is, all the damn morons that worked in his offices, mainly Inland Empire white trash, didnt know any better.
