Country: United States
I got a call today at home from a man stating he was a process server for Collin County DA's Office and he is with the Sheriff's office and needed to come serve a warrant on me.  I was shocked and asked why?  He stated do you live ....are you still at this address are you now at this address and I stated who are you?  He again, stated he was from the county going to serve court papers on me today. He gave me a toll free number for what he stated was the county's office which is 1 866.872.6116 gave me a case no. which he called a Cause No. 008307-TX. I called the number was transferred to a Mr. Fisher's office who stated that law suite in the amount of $6,214.24 was filed in Collin Co., Tx and that warrant was out for me.  He then after back and forth said let me get more information from my secretary and state this was for an outstanding debt in from Capital One a credit card that I obtained several years back and had disputes over interest charges etc.  He stated that if I did not want to go to court or jail that I could pay $1,951.00 in full by end of business today and this matter could be cleared up.  I explained that I recently lost my job etc.  Anyway, he stated that I needed to call him back by EOB today or they will serve the papers.  Ok, so that was a heads up for me.  I called the DA's office nothing is filed on me as of today, after searching PMG it is clear that they do not practice best practices for collections and have been in trouble for this before back in 2004.  I need someone to give me advise. I want to pay off my debt, I don't want this type of collections to continue this upset me, made my blood pressure raise, this type of collections are not the right thing to do.  Had they called and ask to make arrangements or give me an opportunity to clear the matter, rather then threaten me by taken legal action, or harassment stating they are sending a sheriff over today.  This is wrong, bad business, and should not continue this company is bad news.

    Real funny..
It wasn't enough for you to just call what you call "deadbeats".
You really preferred to call and threaten relatives, coworkers, or employers.

This was never about "collecting debt".

If it was, you would have complied with FDCPA like every legitimate debt collector, and contacted the alleged debtors rather than relatives.  You would have mailed them a "g" letter, and either validated or ceased collection if you got a dispute.

It was all about getting money easily and cheaply with threats, the more the better ("spiff money").  You got real inventive, too, playing "deputy sheriff", or "court clerk", or even "DA".  Just a bunch of extortionist wannabees.

And like criminal extortionists, you knew you had to hide to get away with it.

    FTC complaint
documented consumers threatened into paying "debts" they did not in fact owe.

Your threats were effective, and designed to extort money whether owed or not.

Pay it back, or go to prison.

    If they had any brains..
they would have skipped town before the FTC lawsuit, taking their money with them out of the country.

It was plain as day what was coming.  It's been visible for almost a year.  You could even see the FTC investigation happening behind the scenes, through various consumer reports of FTC's response on contacting them.

Only their own arrogance led them to fool themselves into believing they were "legitimate debt collectors".  They started believing their own cr*p.

    Numerous false statements
"debt collection companys are starting to take action and sue deat beats like you so just wait dude. "

You may want to believe that, but they aren't that stupid.  Attorneys and courts cost, and they aren't stupid enough to waste their own money if there is no money to get.  You never sued for the same reason.  It was cheaper and easier to use idiot dupes to phone in threats.

Mann Bracken tried to rig arbitration, but got caught and went bankrupt themselves.  You should have learned from them, but you didn't.

"you think your untouchable and debt collectors cant do anything well obviously you dont know s**t about the law"

Funny.  Being an "untouchable deadbeat" was your game, to get away with illegal collection by hiding behind disposable shells.

"and the debt isnt older then 7 years "

You are confusing the 7 year FCRA reporting period, with SOL.  SOL varies by state.  In your own state of California, and a number of others, it's 4 years.

You never "sued", only pretended to.  Now we see why, making up some "7 year" BS shows you don't know what you're talking about.  It costs money to use people competent enough to actually sue.  They are called "attorneys".  BS on the phone?  Not so much.

" if you dont believe me or go ahead and give a local attorney a call anyone will tell you that you can be sued if you default on credit cards but we just never went that route because we tried to work it out voluntary "

You didn't even know how to go that route.  "Tried to work it out voluntarily"?  What a joke!  Just threaten the relatives, threaten "grandma", pretending you have sued, so they "voluntarily settle".

    "we collectors"

Why not "we deputies", or "we attorneys", or is it "we court clerks", or are you no longer playing that game?

"Its litterally 75$ to file a law suit against debtors all you need is the chain of title from when you purchased the account and now all debt brokers are supplying it with purchases "

Depends on your jurisdiction.  Again, it shows how little you know to even say it is so easy.  It would surprise me if "all debt brokers" are doing ANYTHING the same.

Go file with just "chain of title", and when you get a demand for proof of the debt through discovery, and you find you made a "mistake", you get to pay the defendant's costs and attorney fees, and FDCPA penalties as well.  Chain of title is not sufficient to prove a debt is owed, or who it is owed by, if defendant's attorney wants to challenge it.

"THE BANK IS THE VICTIM YOU IDIOT!"

So an idiot bank lends money to someone they shouldn't have, and that gives you the right to threaten and extort anyone you think is a relative?

You're right, I don't believe you.  Why should anyone?

    Bunch of liars.

    They weren't looking for
    professional debt collectors.

Just dupes, willing to lie and threaten over the phone.
The more "creative" the sociopaths, the better, since they were always easy to throw under the bus.

    Drama?
"He has 3 hours to call this number, or we will have to send the sheriff to arrest him".

    Bunch of liars.

    Information
If you take your time and read the court filings you would know that all funds are under the receivers control.  Also, you would know that the defendants have retained new legal counsel,  the defendants have pleaded with the receiver and the courts to release payroll.  No one has been paid.  The receiver has full control of payroll.  Here is the contact information for the receiver.

    How would you even know?
What court document even says that?

The forensic accountant's initial report specifically indicated he would have to have access to additional business accounts.

Without tracing all the money, including through all managers' and owners' accounts and trusts, including family trusts and relative accounts, it is not even possible to know if "all funds are under the receivers control".

Wow, so I know 4 people on this list. 2 of them used to own some fake modeling company called Catwalk Modeling Agency, then they owned another called Envy Management & then changed that one to Envy Group. Both companies were totally scams & only to get people's money. Another is one of their daughters & another is a friend of theirs who would help out at their fake companies from time to time. One of them had told me they were doing soliciting calls. Didn't know it was for Raincross & Superior collection agencies.  Man girls, you must be really hard up for money if you're doing that because I know that 3 of you owe Raincross & many other companies some major cash.

Here call Pam Mathews and ask about them she was just fired by Gary maybe that why his informtaion is out there.  Pam Mathews previous manager at CMAG 951 258 4116.  HOw is working at Annie Nelson now.  How is she involved with the corona debt scam?
  • 0
    Didn't keep her head down?
Maybe she drew too much unwanted attention to CMAG by hiring former Corona "independent contractors".  Train them all you want, they still know how to use the "best scripts ever".

Anyone still operating this way in southern California can assume they are under increased surveilance.
