I got a call today at home from a man stating he was a process server for Collin County DA's Office and he is with the Sheriff's office and needed to come serve a warrant on me.  I was shocked and asked why?  He stated do you live ....are you still at this address are you now at this address and I stated who are you?  He again, stated he was from the county going to serve court papers on me today. He gave me a toll free number for what he stated was the county's office which is 1 866.872.6116 gave me a case no. which he called a Cause No. 008307-TX. I called the number was transferred to a Mr. Fisher's office who stated that law suite in the amount of $6,214.24 was filed in Collin Co., Tx and that warrant was out for me.  He then after back and forth said let me get more information from my secretary and state this was for an outstanding debt in from Capital One a credit card that I obtained several years back and had disputes over interest charges etc.  He stated that if I did not want to go to court or jail that I could pay $1,951.00 in full by end of business today and this matter could be cleared up.  I explained that I recently lost my job etc.  Anyway, he stated that I needed to call him back by EOB today or they will serve the papers.  Ok, so that was a heads up for me.  I called the DA's office nothing is filed on me as of today, after searching PMG it is clear that they do not practice best practices for collections and have been in trouble for this before back in 2004.  I need someone to give me advise. I want to pay off my debt, I don't want this type of collections to continue this upset me, made my blood pressure raise, this type of collections are not the right thing to do.  Had they called and ask to make arrangements or give me an opportunity to clear the matter, rather then threaten me by taken legal action, or harassment stating they are sending a sheriff over today.  This is wrong, bad business, and should not continue this company is bad news.

    Louis and Associates in Cedar Rapids Iowa. I got some reports that these guys might be connected with them too. I will continue to do some more research on these guys. If anyone knows anything let me know.

        You are correct. Louis and Associates on Collins rd in cedar rapids ia is still pulling the same [***] as the business they came from. Sad thing is, Ed had to sell the business and it's now called Luter and Associates. He had to sell it due to 3 theft charges for not paying taxes for 32 customers from his car business. They have a better script now that you are supposed to follow. However, he has independent contractors as employees now so whatever they say doesn't fall back on the business. They aren't a law office. They don't serve papers. Or as they say "deliver documents" they are just nothing but low life pieces of [***] who do nothing but care about the $5000 commission checks they get every 2 weeks. Don't take these guys serious. Believe me. I did my research on these guys and a friend that worked there for a couple weeks told me what they do. She told me everything about them. And I think Ed is on his way to jail. :) yay!

    OK we just got some very good info sent to us. We thought it would be a real treat for those wondering what kind of lifestyle these collectors have or had with WAYNE & JASON @ HEAVY HITTERS. Here is some real video footage of one there ex top closer's at a company BBQ at his house, you can even see some of there cars your money was spent on, and get to see WAYNE'S S550 white benz he sold. This guy even refers to JOHN COOK in a statement.. OK everyone enjoy, OH and FYI we have plenty more to come : )

      that video was posted in April 2009, if you knew anything you would know Wayne did not own the Benz til 2011.  You weak minds will grasp at anything.  Just move on.

    where ever you got that its not cool to put peoples faces on blast man. those are peoples life your putting in danger there are lots of people angree and that can get somebody hurt. those people have families kids. i not supporting any of there lifestyles granite they are wrong for flashing there cars and girls but that dont give you the right to show his house and there faces. wrong man your wrong

      Nobody in this video is related to anyone or anything in this thread.Heavy hitters is a very common name and the guys in this video although clearly are NOT the brightest they clearly are NOT related.
      This is almost as entertaining as the post about Lundsford fighting in the cage(and that was also NOT the bad guy)

    Look everyone the back and forth between debtors and collectors is like the war on religion in the middle east, it will never stop! not one person can be right or wrong SO FORGET IT!! what is great is the ending to this whole thread THE VIDEOS and the new blogging going on finally something to really talk trash about, its great [***]. and i think if you all keep this up this is a great social media place its the next big thing.
