I got a call today at home from a man stating he was a process server for Collin County DA's Office and he is with the Sheriff's office and needed to come serve a warrant on me.  I was shocked and asked why?  He stated do you live ....are you still at this address are you now at this address and I stated who are you?  He again, stated he was from the county going to serve court papers on me today. He gave me a toll free number for what he stated was the county's office which is 1 866.872.6116 gave me a case no. which he called a Cause No. 008307-TX. I called the number was transferred to a Mr. Fisher's office who stated that law suite in the amount of $6,214.24 was filed in Collin Co., Tx and that warrant was out for me.  He then after back and forth said let me get more information from my secretary and state this was for an outstanding debt in from Capital One a credit card that I obtained several years back and had disputes over interest charges etc.  He stated that if I did not want to go to court or jail that I could pay $1,951.00 in full by end of business today and this matter could be cleared up.  I explained that I recently lost my job etc.  Anyway, he stated that I needed to call him back by EOB today or they will serve the papers.  Ok, so that was a heads up for me.  I called the DA's office nothing is filed on me as of today, after searching PMG it is clear that they do not practice best practices for collections and have been in trouble for this before back in 2004.  I need someone to give me advise. I want to pay off my debt, I don't want this type of collections to continue this upset me, made my blood pressure raise, this type of collections are not the right thing to do.  Had they called and ask to make arrangements or give me an opportunity to clear the matter, rather then threaten me by taken legal action, or harassment stating they are sending a sheriff over today.  This is wrong, bad business, and should not continue this company is bad news.

    Should be called snitch off complaint wire. I don't think a debtor has filed one on this site in 2 years. Just a group of bored idiots trying to slam people who work for a living. I'm sorry your all losers and have never had the guts or ambition to start your own company's.  I would bet most of your are dead beat debtors

      Sounds like one of Swanson's creeps.  First of all, Wayne hasn't worked in years.  2nd, debtors have posted on this site from time to time, but you and your friends keep changing company names and phone numbers in an attempt to avoid detection, which is why we keep this site updated with your latest moves. they can't post on the site if they can't find the site.  3rd. work for a living? you forgot what real work is like when you got involved in this scam. 4. no guts to start a business? you call that a business? i call it a scam, a racket, a hustle.  nope, haven't done that and haven't sold drugs, robbed banks, or snatched purses either.  and finally, dead beat debtor?  well i guess that means you are above reproach and have filed taxes with our ill gotten gains. No? then your a debt beat and a tax evader.

          those aren't collection agencies dumb ass.  Collection agencies collect legitimate debt, and don't by out of statute debt for less than a cent on the dollar and have lames like you extort money from people by scaring the crap out of them.   your 8-5 is a sham.

            Obviously you don't know collections. Buying out of statue debt isn't against the law you idiot. out of all the people that got taken down by the FTC not one of them got in trouble for the debt they bought you moron. Actually it was the opposite when the FTC took them down they actually sold all there debt (new and old debt)that you guys think is what the scam was. If consumers didn't have every website in America saying don't pay your bills and or this is how to not pay your debt then all these collection agency's wouldn't need to be as aggressive as they are on the phones. It's all you idiots that tell people not to pay there old debt but then [***] and complain when agency's have to be a little aggressive to get past all the [***] you idiots put on here. Debt collections is a job and could be a normal career for some and if you don't like it then don't [***] worry about it.

              Don't think I said buying out of stat paper is illegal.  You can buy all you want, but when you represent that you are filing suit, (or in the case of you and the other scammers, already having filed suit and trying to serve papers) that is against the law.  It against the law to say you are taking steps to do anything that you can't or don't intend to do.  Look it up, PL95-109.  You know less about collections that I know about speaking Chinese, but since you obviously learned from another scammer, thats to be expected.  Keep calling yourself a bill collector and keep calling your company a collection agency.  Neither is the truth, but you don't seem to be bound by the truth.

    The rattttt on here is a kid named Anthony Alvarez. He has worked for over 15 different collection company's and has been fired from everyone of them. When he gets fired he bashes every company and runs like a [***] to another company. He has a daughter he never sees because he is running from child support and hasn't had a drivers license in 15 years because he's to much of a loser to pay his traffic and court fees. Every time he gets out of jail within months cops r out looking for him again. He has went as far as mailing letters to the gentlemans wife who fired him making of lies that he has been cheating on his wife. The guy is a 909 scum bag.

    sometimes they bring them to me, but i live on the end of the wing, so they're usually cold when they get here.  some food is better when its cold.  pizza is good out of the fridge but i don't have a fridge here.  i have a closet though and a night stand.  i don't know why they call that table a night stand cause it stands during the day too.  i've got an alarm clock on mine, but i don't use it very often.  haven't needed one since Korea, and really would have rather not have one there, come to think about it.  all that alarm clock did was remind me i was in korea and it was overrun with chinamen.  got nothin against chinamen, but them chinamen didn't want me there.  i didn't want to be there either. i wanted to be back in springfield.  sometimes in springfield they bring me lima beans.
