I got a call today at home from a man stating he was a process server for Collin County DA's Office and he is with the Sheriff's office and needed to come serve a warrant on me.  I was shocked and asked why?  He stated do you live ....are you still at this address are you now at this address and I stated who are you?  He again, stated he was from the county going to serve court papers on me today. He gave me a toll free number for what he stated was the county's office which is 1 866.872.6116 gave me a case no. which he called a Cause No. 008307-TX. I called the number was transferred to a Mr. Fisher's office who stated that law suite in the amount of $6,214.24 was filed in Collin Co., Tx and that warrant was out for me.  He then after back and forth said let me get more information from my secretary and state this was for an outstanding debt in from Capital One a credit card that I obtained several years back and had disputes over interest charges etc.  He stated that if I did not want to go to court or jail that I could pay $1,951.00 in full by end of business today and this matter could be cleared up.  I explained that I recently lost my job etc.  Anyway, he stated that I needed to call him back by EOB today or they will serve the papers.  Ok, so that was a heads up for me.  I called the DA's office nothing is filed on me as of today, after searching PMG it is clear that they do not practice best practices for collections and have been in trouble for this before back in 2004.  I need someone to give me advise. I want to pay off my debt, I don't want this type of collections to continue this upset me, made my blood pressure raise, this type of collections are not the right thing to do.  Had they called and ask to make arrangements or give me an opportunity to clear the matter, rather then threaten me by taken legal action, or harassment stating they are sending a sheriff over today.  This is wrong, bad business, and should not continue this company is bad news.

oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another, which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed. Slander is a civil wrong (tort) and can be the basis for a lawsuit. Damages (payoff for worth) for slander may be limited to actual (special) damages unless there is malicious intent, since such damages are usually difficult to specify and harder to prove. Some statements, such as an untrue accusation of having committed a crime, having a loathsome disease or being unable to perform one's occupation, are treated as slander per se since the harm and malice are obvious and therefore usually result in general and even punitive damage recovery by the person harmed. Words spoken over the air on television or radio are treated as libel (written defamation) and not slander on the theory that broadcasting reaches a large audience as much as if not more than printed publications.oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another, which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed. Sexual orientation is an enduring personal quality that inclines people to feel romantic or sexual attraction (or a combination of these) to persons of the opposite sex or gender, the same sex or gender, or to both sexes or more than one gender. These attractions are generally subsumed under heterosexuality, homosexuality, and bisexuality,[1][2] while asexuality (the lack of sexual attraction to others) is sometimes identified as the fourth category.[3][4][5][6] These categories are aspects of the more nuanced nature of sexual identity.[1] For example, people may use other labels, such as pansexual or polysexual,[7] or none at all.[1] According to the American Psychological Association, sexual orientation "also refers to a person's sense of identity based on those attractions, related behaviors, and membership in a community of others who share those attractions".[1][8]

The term sexual preference largely overlaps with sexual orientation, but is generally distinguished in psychological research.[9] A person who identifies as bisexual, for example, may sexually prefer one sex over the other.[10] Sexual preference may also suggest a degree of voluntary choice,[9][11][12] whereas the scientific consensus is that sexual orientation is not a choice.[13][14][15]

There is no consensus among scientists about why a person develops a particular sexual orientation;[1] however, biologically-based theories for the cause of sexual orientation are favored by experts,[16] which point to genetic factors, the early uterine environment, or both combinations.[14] Moreover, there is no substantive evidence which suggests parenting or early childhood experiences play a role when it comes to sexual orientation;[14] when it comes to same-sex sexual behavior, shared or familial environment plays no role for men and minor role for women.[17] Research over several decades has demonstrated that sexual orientation ranges along a continuum, from exclusive attraction to the opposite sex to exclusive attraction to the same sex.[1]

While sexual orientation is reported primarily within biology and psychology, including sexology, for reports within anthropology and history, including social constructionism, there are other explanations that relate to sexual orientation and culture.

    "Dirty Laundry"

I make my living off the evening news
    Just give me something
    Something I can use
People love it when you lose
    They love dirty laundry

Well, I coulda been an actor
    But I wound up here
I just have to look good
I don't have to be clear
Come and whisper in my ear
    Give us dirty laundry

    Kick 'em when they're up
    Kick 'em when they're down
    Kick 'em when they're up
    Kick 'em when they're down

    Kick 'em when they're up
    Kick 'em when they're down
    Kick 'em when they're up
    Kick 'em all around

    We got the bubble headed
    Bleached blonde
    Comes on at five
She can tell you 'bout the plane crash
With a gleam in her eye
    It's interesting when people die
    Give us dirty laundry

    Can we film the operation
    Is the head dead yet
You know the boys in the newsroom
    Got a running bet
Get the widow on the set
    We need dirty laundry

    [Instrumental Interlude]

You don't really need to find out
    What's going on
You don't really want to know
    Just how far it's gone
    Just leave well enough alone
    Eat your dirty laundry

    Kick 'em when they're up
    Kick 'em when they're down
    Kick 'em when they're up
    Kick 'em when they're down

    Kick 'em when they're up
    Kick 'em when they're down
    Kick 'em when they're stiff
    Kick 'em all around

    (Kick 'em when they're up)
    (Kick 'em when they're down)
    (Kick 'em when they're up)
    (Kick 'em when they're down)

    (Kick 'em when they're up)
    (Kick 'em when they're down)
    (Kick 'em when they're stiff)
    (Kick 'em all around)

    Dirty little secrets
    Dirty little lies
We got our dirty little fingers
    In everybody's pie
We love to cut you down to size
    We love dirty laundry

    We can do the Innuendo
    We can dance and sing
    When it's said and done
We haven't told you a thing
We all know that Crap is King
    Give us dirty laundry

To the person who provided the info/research, thank you for the clarification, I do see the pattern with the numbers now.  I will follow up.

As for St.Amant, their was multiple references to him in the FTC docs, including references made in the declaration of Michael Huck filed with the FTC on April 2, 2014 (doc no. 315-1, attachment to an FTC pleading).  Now that Mr. St.Amant is disbarred, I assumed he would fall in with the former owners of the Rincon scam, and since he filed BKs for Rhonda Loop and Tina Goff, this is a good indicator.

for the most part, he was prank called, but at times he would return the calls resulting in further hilarity. Our community would like this to continue, if we can find him
