Who the hell are you to comment on someones finiancial state you have no idea. I am sure no one takes out a loan thinking I am not gonna pay them. Get a life you dick
There is a cluster of very shady payday lenders using mail drops in Kansas City MO that engage in fraudulent payday lending and use equally shady "debt collectors" to coerce payments in violation of state laws. They typically claim to operate out of offshore locations in the Caribbean to avoid U.S. law, but use U.S. front addresses to appear to be U.S. based.
For example, search on "CMG Group" and you will find reports of crammed "payday loans" deposited into consumer accounts despite no authorization, used to create the appearance of a "payday loan" with interest rates as high as 900%, and instantly followed by "interest only" charges that remove the amount of the "loan" within weeks, after which the "payday loan" shows up "in collection" at alleged amounts up to several thousand.
Kansas City MO BBB is familiar with this group.
two weeks later i went to withdraw money from my acct there was $400 extra in my acct. I called the bank to let them know it was a mistake, the bank gave me the number to who made the When i called them and told them i did not authorize the deposit they told me i still had to pay them the interest rate of $120 because i didn't call to cancel within three days. I told them they can go back into the acct and take the mobey back they refused. I asked them to send me a copy of the contract i suposedly sighned, they e=mailed me an agreement with an electronic signature with my name dated 8/16/12 when the money was deposited on 8/13/12. They forged the my name on the contract. Still i left the money in my acct for two weeks before i forced closed the acct. they tried to collect the money by trying to withdraw different amount under different name, of course i put a claim to the bank each time and got my money back. i had to withdrarw the money to close the acct. now they keep harrassing me on my job. If they want their money back now they're going to have to take me to court.
In fact, when your posts show up, it's a clue to look for violations, since you appear to believe that the law doesn't apply to debt collectors.
Please post phone numbers.
That allows tracking against other complaints, and also identifying fakes who keep changing their phone numbers.
