You deadbeats crack me up.  You all sit online and post all these comments about how you catch more bees with honey and if the mean, terrible bill collectors were nicer to you then you would pay your bills. PUH-LEASE!! I pay all of my bills online and never have to talk to anyone because I pay them ON TIME and when they are owed. And if I lost my job or had something terrible happen to me then I would call the people I owe money to and let them know what is going on. When you have to be hunted down like a criminal because you owe money and are hiding from it then you can't go online and act like you have  been violated from a phone call. You [***] ever heard of debtor's prison? In the old day dead beats faced jail time if they owed money. I think we should go back to that instead. And on the bright side....you wouldn't have to worry about "harassing" telephone calls from prison!

Both Total Recovery Solutions and CMG Group show addresses in Kansas City MO.
What is the connection between the two?

For your information these people are just trying to make sure the people they are talking to are the actual companies and not scammers like the ones that got me a year ago. What's so wrong about that? It is kind of creepy when someone calls you and they have all your info!

1-855-868-2577.  That's there new number. Long story short I took out a payday loan I was told to call a number to make pay it off I did call the number but never got a person on the phone or a call back on a 300 loan they took 720 out of my account before I was able to get the attorney generals office to help me put a stop to them. In Washington state there's laws to protect you from these kinda deals.. Now they are calling telling me I owe 600 more and they will garnish my wages. I suggest call your attorney general ASAP get help. And put these guys out Of a scam job

Some black lady called me about some paydayl loan I got just when this recession started. I had tough decisions to make . Either pay rent, power bill, car insurance and the gas bill or pay back that [***] payday loan. The first thing I said was "dam you sound sexy" then she started giving me all this crap about what she was going to do , then i said " hold on second I gotta put my hand down my pants your voice is turning me on".... She hung up on me! Then some Uncle Tom brother called me back about half an hour later and I used my best homosexual voice and he hung up on me too! Have not heard from them since. People are lame.

Some scumbag called me today from this company. Tried telling me I owed money to VIP Loan Co.  I told him they actually owe me money....Filed a complaint with the AG and the IDFS.  No one is above the law....Not VIP, not Total Recovery Solutions, and not me.  So, take me to court, you loser....and we will let the justice system decide who owes who money - deal?

I understand why u all feel like they should be harrassing you if anything if I owe why dont you do what any other company does and post it to my credit. That part I must agree with is wrong but I can say although I have checked Kansas City Mo BBB website and it does show that they are not accredited unfortunatley eveyone doesnt take the time to do there research before getting a loan I do know and I had to learn that the hard way myself. With all that being said Total Recovery Solution better known as TRS is real and located in MO I have and interview with them in fact on this coming Thurs. Here is what people have to know the reason why loan companies refuse to give out there location info is because when ppl refuse or no let me re word that run into a situation were they are unable to pay a loan back after it has been loaned to they you do get hit with more interest really it is not different than if you bought a car or equipment from say a rent a center. They do that to protect the safety of the employees. What happens if you get a guy and you gave him a loan and he couldnt pay it back and they start calling and he gets fed up with the calls. As I stated earlier I do agree that when u tell them to stop calling then they should be hell lets be real has that ever been that easy hell I been having collectors call my home phone over a year asking for a lady who had my number as a bakery number and telling them this is a residence and they still call. Try dialing *60 and then the number to block any collection number if it bothering you that mush works for me. But anyways lets say the guy find out the real location and comes to plant a bomb you never know since the loan was probably generated from a internet based company we know just as little about u that you know about us This is why you all will have hell trying to even get a case expecially with a signed contract. I am just saying if you however find a way around it Well alright then best luck to you and please feel me in how you did it just in case because you never know. Hell u ask me ever business as a some kind of scheme behind it to continue to make money if they didnt they wouldnt exist.

In addition to this dont blame TRS they are only a third party debt collector so they are just being had you acct from whatever business gave it to them so it could have been a loan company that you owed and applied all that inetrest while waiting on you to pay it after so many days of non payment it was then sent over to a third party debt collector which is TRS all they know is this that u had a loan with such a such company u didnt pay or stopped paying or couldnt pay whatever you case may have been so that loan company then sent you acct over to us and said hey can you see if you can try to collect this from this customer that we loaned such a such amount to

    Total Recovery Solutions (TRS)
Total Recovery Solutions is a third party debt collection agency. We represent the creditor (client) in communicating with the debtor (consumer) to recover the fees owed to the client.

It is important to know who holds your debt. As debt colleciton scams are not uncommon, it is possible that a consumer's information could fall into the wrong hands. TRS regularly assists local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in detecting and eliminating consumer fraud and identity theft.

If you suspect that you have been a victim of consumer fraud - namely, someone trying to collect debt that you do not owe - please contact us immediately.

As a former employee, they cannot garnish your wages nor threaten jail.  Also, these "employment verification's" are considered a form of harassment.  I've heard many of the collectors use those terms.  Personally, I never have.  As a consumer myself, I understand being in debt.  I have never approached any consumer in a negative and I highly disagree with that approach - for it gets nothing resolved.  Under federal laws they cannot say any of that to you.  I would put in a formal complaint to federal debt people and better business bureau as well as call your attorney general.  I understand that you took out a loan and agree that you should pay back what you owe.  You can ask for settlements.  I am done with the collections business and especially online payday loans.  It is modern day loan sharking.  At TRS especially, they are adamant about you doing ridiculous payment plans.  Under the FDCPA, you can tell them that you want to pay $50 a month and under federal law they are not allowed to refuse your payment.  I know that they do not add interest there, but they do make you pay a $20 "processing fee" for each payment.  So, if you make a $50 payment, $30 goes towards your loan/debt and $20 goes towards the processing fee.  If they don't inform you of the processing fee it against federal law as well.  Just FYI
