You shouldn't even be commenting you [***]. You are one of the names used by debt collectors of this company. I did research and your name came up in several complaint sites about your company.

I don't owe anything to anyone. In fact Alex Gaffney from your supposed company called and threatened me on the phone for a credit card I paid off in 2006 for which I have the payoff paperwork for. He also stated he was from Mass. I called the TRS in Mass they have never heard of Alex or me. The atty gen can help as does the fair trade commission. I asked for the original paperwork for which he was talking about and he got belligerant and began screaming on the phone. I have it all recorded. I then wrote to the Atty Gen and Fair trade I have already rec'd an email back with my rights. I then called my atty. Too bad Alex didn't have the balls to call me from a phone number that would show up it came up private caller.

TR or TRS STOP THESE ILLEGAL TACTICS
Its pathetic that the company that you did the payday loan with couldnt take the time to contact you by mail, they have to constantly attempt by web. Your information has been given, so until you receive documentation from that loan company and they can correspond with you by mail if they are legit and work something out. All these phone call threats are uncall for, why is it that you can contact that person but the company couldnt. Before a company calls an collector they try to contact you by all given information.  Its obvious ya'll are hacking into these inviduals information. If lawyers can contact or get in touch with these companies, why arent they doing the same with the person they loaned the monies. If you guys were smart you would ask only for the amount borrowed, because the amount your looking to be compensated sounds utterly ridiculous and sends up RED FLAGS.
TRS, TSR, or TR which a lady by the name Tiffany mentioned to me. Ive never heard of a debt collection agency saying you can write us a letter stating that to only do mail correspondence and stop the phone calls. I dont understand your tactics but lawyers should be contacted, stop blogging everything on here. This is only helping them out. LOOK UP THE INFORMATION ON THESE PEOPLE, BBB INFORMATION, WRITE DOWN NAME, TIME THEY CALLED, WHAT WAS SAID AND CONTACT LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES. THIS COMPANY
NEEDS TO STOP DOING WHAT THE ARE DOING. People will pay their bills if its done legally. This recession is causing scammers to do the ultimate. Some loan companies need to STOP doing business in places they know that they shouldnt.
A wise word to the TR or TSR or TRS employees, founder, and co founders dont NO debt company post or has one person start a company as such.

I have gotten several different messages from these people claiming everything from IRS problems, my SSN and Bank Info was compromised maybe over the internet, I may have been the target of a fraud etc, today they have a guy saying he's Det Steve Johnson and he has court documents and I need to be home between 3 and 6pm or he will come to my place of business if I do not comply an arrest warrant will be issued in my name then he leaves the same number and another number 716 362 2812. I am turning it over to the Mass AG office tomorrow. I did some checking it's a bill collector Total Recovery Solution in Lakeville Ma. This is 100% illegal. Report this to your local AG it's possible they will have to pay you a settlement! I am going to the see my friend at the local AG office tomorrow morning and bringing my answering machine so they can here these messages and see what numbers they are calling from.

Ok guys, let's all attempt to us a bit of common sence...... Trs stands for Total Recovery Solutions, and yes they collect on payday loans. Are the amounts you owe high? Of course, you took out a high risk loan because you didn't have the credit to get a loan elsewhere. Let's face it, we have all been in a time of need, but the difference between someone with morals and someone who is simply a debt to society, is only what you do to make right on your mistakes. Instead of attempting to create a false perception of what this agency is doing to collect on a contract you agreed upon, take a look in the mirror and fix yourself! Just a word of advise, this Internet you are blogging on, well it's the same tool that you used to get the loans you defaulted on and failed to pay back, instead of sharing you story........ Go to work!

If you are getting calls impersonating a "police detective" or "process server", or you are being harassed for debts you don't even owe, file fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the Massechusetts Attorney General.

Then get an attorney and sue for violations of FDCPA.
There really is no reason to tolerate illegal threats and harassment, especially over a debt you don't even owe.

You can find a consumer attorney through www.naca.net

You deadbeats crack me up.  You all sit online and post all these comments about how you catch more bees with honey and if the mean, terrible bill collectors were nicer to you then you would pay your bills. PUH-LEASE!! I pay all of my bills online and never have to talk to anyone because I pay them ON TIME and when they are owed. And if I lost my job or had something terrible happen to me then I would call the people I owe money to and let them know what is going on. When you have to be hunted down like a criminal because you owe money and are hiding from it then you can't go online and act like you have  been violated from a phone call. You [***] ever heard of debtor's prison? In the old day dead beats faced jail time if they owed money. I think we should go back to that instead. And on the bright side....you wouldn't have to worry about "harassing" telephone calls from prison!

For your information these people are just trying to make sure the people they are talking to are the actual companies and not scammers like the ones that got me a year ago. What's so wrong about that? It is kind of creepy when someone calls you and they have all your info!

1-855-868-2577.  That's there new number. Long story short I took out a payday loan I was told to call a number to make pay it off I did call the number but never got a person on the phone or a call back on a 300 loan they took 720 out of my account before I was able to get the attorney generals office to help me put a stop to them. In Washington state there's laws to protect you from these kinda deals.. Now they are calling telling me I owe 600 more and they will garnish my wages. I suggest call your attorney general ASAP get help. And put these guys out Of a scam job
