Ordered a FREE trial sample. Paid for the shipping. The product did not help at all. Next month my credit card was charged $74.98 for a 30 day supply which I DID NOT order and do not want! Called the company which claims that in the small print (must have been very tiny, indeed!!) I agreed to buy the procudt and they cannot refund my money. A real scam. Stay away from Instaflex!!!!!!!!!! Eszter

These people at Instaflex should go to hell ! A free sample turns into them taking money from the card # you gave them . Then it is a pain in the ass to stop the payment.

Instaflex is plain thieves and scammers. I paid $4.99 for the shipment of the 14 day free trial, thru my credit card. After less than 12 hrs I called their customer service to remove my name from the auto enroll or continuous shipment of products program since I clearly said to the customer representative that I am only interested on the free samples. Within the same day I received an e-mail stating that they are cancelling my free 14 day supply of supplements even though they already charged me $4.99! These  people are robbers! I'll call them to refund my $4.99. Beware of these thieves!

I wish I had seen these before I hot scammed.  I didn't see that I was suppose to cancel within 14 days.  I used pay Pal and replied when they asked if I wanted to get this and I replied no but was sent the order and charged $74.  They don't work and I want to return the order and cancel so they don't send more.   This stuff is nit worth $74.

FYI: Instaflex is not the only company (seen online or television) that works this way. These companies are well aware that people forget to read the fine print or forget to cancel within the 14 days of order. It is just best to never give out your credit card number to companies who promised a free trial with a shipping fee. It's obviously not free. Don't fall victim to scams that are good to be true. I was thinking of ordering it for my mother who suffers from join pain (in her 70s), but one I was requested to pay for shipping with my credit card....I canceled.

I had the same as thing happen as most of you. I ordered free sample with 4.99 charge for postage and shipping. The same day I ordered that my card was charged an addional charge of 29.99. I called my card company and filed a dispute with lady they connected me to. She said basically the only way to stop future charges was to cancel my card and get a new one. This is a lot of aggravation. Guess that is what I will have to do though. I have learned my lesson. PayPal seems to be the only way to order safely on line, which from now on I will do.
