Ordered a FREE trial sample. Paid for the shipping. The product did not help at all. Next month my credit card was charged $74.98 for a 30 day supply which I DID NOT order and do not want! Called the company which claims that in the small print (must have been very tiny, indeed!!) I agreed to buy the procudt and they cannot refund my money. A real scam. Stay away from Instaflex!!!!!!!!!! Eszter

This is a scam.  They took the money from my account without my permission.  I called my bank to cancel who advised me to call, get the name of the person I spoke with, date of call, and if they would not return the funds, call the bank they would take care of it.  Chase guarantees that I will not have to pay. First I tried to get on with an account, to see if I could find an agreement, no luck.  Then I tried to apply for another free sample under my husband's name.  I managed to bring up the offer again and searched for the info.  I found the clause that stipulates you can cancel within 18 days.   It was well hidden.  Then I called them and spoke with one of the representatives.  I told him it was a scam and he told me I had agreed to the conditions.  I told him that kind of notification has to be stated clearly so that it can be seen and that it was deliberately misleading to the public - commonly known as a scam and I had called my bank, found the list of complaints and told my husband, who is a lawyer.  He said he could cancel it now, and I would have to send them back the tablets and when they were received, the money would be refunded.  I had not even received the tablets at this point.  He said they send them out on the same day they debit the account. I checked about the cost of postage and was told they would pay that. So I will do that as soon as they arrive.  I am also adding my input to this blog.  I was in sales for 30 years and am well aware of misleading statements.  In all contracts where money was taken from an account, there was a box to be checked and initialed by the client.  This was a deliberate misleading of facts.

I just posted my first blog which appears above, and immediately checked my bank account again.  The have already refunded the money.  That was within 10 minutes. I think they debited my account before it was shipped and were able to stop it, or they know it is a scam.  We will see as I will send the pills back.

I can not say what will happen to you if you accept their "free"
offer but many people complained of being scammed and I can say I was scammed and they have made charges to my credit card without my knowledge, consent and approval.  $74.99 was charged to my credit card for 30 capsules that I did not ask for and was sent without my ordering or asking for them.  They are basically giving you a few capsules in exchange for your credit card number and will make charges to your card. Beware.

I considered a free sample, however with the $5 shipping fee it’s not free.
Amazon offers the $22 with free shipping which allows free return.
Besides it shouldn’t cost more than $3 to ship.
