My card was used unauthorisedly by someone with the help of Axis bank because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud in conaveance with axis bank. on this web page most of the complainant is with regard to Axis Bank only. My Fraud Amount Rs.50 and Rs.26000/- and Rs.26000/-

    Same happend with me . my card was use by Google octro for 26k +26k , I has a word with Google and told them everthing. They investigated on call and refunded my money.

    The same thing happened to me also, 26000 and 26000 spent on my SBI credit card on 21st June at 09.12 PM,
    it seems that some of the bank staff also related to this cheating. i raised a dispute to SBI card and sent the form also.

    I have also been debited INR52000 across 2 transactions on my Citibank Credit Card on 17th June'2017. I have raised dispute with Citibank Credit Card team.

    I am shocked to see dat I am not d only one who z facing dis issue .. transactions of rs 50 , rs 26000 and rs 26000 carried out on my Citibank card today widout any otp . Also other transactions on Best Buy , Netflix , metaboli SA which m clueless about whether dey happened or not took place  Raised a dispute with Citibank .. but y d problem remains unresolved though forgery and misuse happening everyday

    Same fraud has happened with me on 5th July, as an amount of Rs. 26000/- has deducted from my RBL credit card without any otp . Money has transferred in Google octra.

    What the next action have to taken as I raised the complaint to RBL mail option.

    7 transactions, total Transaction of amount 12100 was made on my CITI card, no xxxxxxxxxxxx1827 at Google *Octro Inc. These transactions are fake. Please revert the amount back.
