My card was used unauthorisedly by someone with the help of Axis bank because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud in conaveance with axis bank. on this web page most of the complainant is with regard to Axis Bank only. My Fraud Amount Rs.50 and Rs.26000/- and Rs.26000/-

    My Citi bank credit card was used by someone for which I don't receive any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud bank. My Fraud Amount Rs. 7200 and transaction relate to GOOGLE *Octro Inc. I have filed a police complaint and also inform the bank about the transactions. Please let me know if any more steps required from my side. If anyone contacted google on this issue please let me know the procedure to do so.
