i have been getting charged for whatever this site is WEBGRANTACCESS.COM on the following dates 7-15-11 & 8-18-11 for the amount of $57.61 i called my bank and they gave me a ph# to contact these people, and was so rudely spoken to, i told them i never authorized this and they said to send an email to complaints i would like a refund for these charges made to my account... i also checked for any kind of email from these people and could not find not one single email.... so as fast as they took out i would like it returned that quick...

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and have them close your account or block your card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.

    File fraud disputes with FTC, your state AG, and at www.ic3.gov

    I did not authorize a fee of $46.61 taken out of my account on 8-19-11 and would like it refunded ASAP.

    i too noticed when i was doing online banking  and found a deduction of $57.61 i will go to my bank and file complaint.also filed with the police staion of this fraud.

    its time to put this company out of business our voices need to heard and file with attorney generals office to file suit against this company . email me at BRONKO27SI@AOL.COM with your complaints and i will call contact the right company . we need to stick together. also lets give them bad publicty , go on u-tube make a atpe let others know of this scam., lets get the news to go after them, their always looking for news

    I had it happen to my account too. I have contacted my bank and will follow up with the police department.  This company will not answer the phone either. Hunting them down and doing something bad to them for ripping people off. Stealing is wrong and they should pay with more than they have taken. Prison is to easy for who ever is doing this.

    I too have been billed for $32.97 for a couple of months.  Being that I am often accepting offers I questioned myself.  Although, I don't recall giving my card #.  Now I know why!  Thank you!

    i'am from Little Rock and I have $32.97 charges from my account and I don't know they did this. If I find out who did this, I'm going to find them and beat the dog piss out of every last one of them. And you can count on that! I used to be a bountyhunter, and trust me, if I can find a fugitive, I can find the people or person who's doing this. So you better watch your back! you never know where I might be, cause I love to travel!
