i have been getting charged for whatever this site is WEBGRANTACCESS.COM on the following dates 7-15-11 & 8-18-11 for the amount of $57.61 i called my bank and they gave me a ph# to contact these people, and was so rudely spoken to, i told them i never authorized this and they said to send an email to complaints i would like a refund for these charges made to my account... i also checked for any kind of email from these people and could not find not one single email.... so as fast as they took out i would like it returned that quick...

    Just encountered the same fraud activities.. I called my bank to report a fraud charges and a dispute..

    Police, FBI, etc.. SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TO STOP THIS KIND OF CYBERCRIME ACTIVITIES..

    I got burned too--still checking into it but so far I have been charged 36.70 for the past 4 months--unbeleivable!! I will file a complaint and remove them from my credit card. I did not authorize this at all--I will be filing charges.
