I also had $57.61 taken from account which was not authorized. I was able to contact my bank and put a stop on my account from WEBGRANTACCESS.com to process or withdraw any more funds. I was told by WEBGRANTACCESS.com "customer service" that when I entered their website I had authorized a subscription. I called my bank and we did a three way call to WEBGRANTACCESS.com "customer service(which is outsourced). I was able to get a confirmation cancelation number. They advised you have to email grants.refunds@gmail.com to get a refund. If I don't hear back from WEBGRANTACCESS.com within 24 hour then I will proceed with stop payment and dispute the transaction thru my bank. I thought I was going to a government grant website, which then advised to view grants you would need to pay a processing fee of $2.90. I thought $2.90 is nothing to view a government website, next thing I know $2.90 was charged and then $57.61!!! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!!!!

I sent the email to their "so-called" refund department and got a reply that they will give me two months free!! Are you kidding me!!! I also sent email to governent fraud department to start an investigation on this company. They also advised to call you state attorney general to investigate also. Please speak out so that we are the last victims this scam!!

File a fraud dispute through your bank, and block your card number or shut down the account to prevent further fraud.
