I got the same call from a man with a very thick Pakistani/Indian accent. They told me I had gotten approved for a grant of $8,500 and the reason for this is that each year the U.S Gov. Grant Dept. supposably selects 15,000 Americans who have not filed for bankruptcy in the last couple months and pay they're bills on time, which raised a red flag because I'm late on some bills. They asked wether I wanted it on a gift card or bank account, they gave me a grant approval # and call back # and told me to ask for Harry Ford, who then told me about a $180 donation through western union, and that he'd walk me through the process. After reading all these complaints it assured me that it was fraud, very similar stories.

    I just received the same call this morning and was offered $9500. I of course said wire because I would never give out my credit card information or my bank account information. I always put the phone number of any suspicious call in the computer and lately they ALL are fraud.

    Don't  go for this crap. Scammers. The guy with a strong accent  said that can go to western union to pick up the money  I said OK just send it,I already knew this was a lie ,but I went along to get him on the scam. When I told him to send me the western union then he asked me my age and I refused to give him my age he got very insulted and angry he called me the F word the b word and I hanged the phone. The area code 206 is from washington,they want people to know that it's really from Washington but you can live in miami,FL and get a number from Washington oany other state.  They are more like thieves.  I have something to say to these sit heads" Go back where you came from".

    Told me I won a 9,000 grant and confirmed my name was Tony Sulim from Florida, Which its not. His name was Jason and was the regional manager office and asked them to stop calling previously and the gentlemen told me to [***].

    (206) 629-6025 has called me repeatedly for weeks saying they have money for me from US treasure dept, always have accent, very rude they've called me names, told me what they are doing is none of my business I ve asked them MULTIPLE times (at least 10) to STOP CALLING. Yet they cont. To call couple times a day!

    Same deal.  Once I told him government does not select people to get a grant he start cursing me out.  Why do we let this happen?

    I'm receiving a phone calls from different numbers with the notification of great from U.S. Government Grant Department. Each time is a thereon that is calling have different accent. The last call was from 206- 629-6025

    202 649 0627 and 512 380 1592 numbers are Scam I received a call from officer Michael Brown by the second number from Savannah Geller. they took my 2200 dollars to get 9000 dollars free grant money, I don't even get my money back they took it. I lost 2200 dollars. So when you guys get call by this numbers don't answer it just Block them.

    They are at it again they have a grant for me and the grant is for 9200 gave me a reference number and another number to call so I could get my funds released me the funds or grant I never applied for.  They even gave me option on how I could receive the funds....wow
