Got the same letter on May 19.  It said I won 4.5 mil with 5 % going to the promotion company.  The letter said the info needed to be kept away from the public.  It was signed by Chris Hunt.  I figured it was a scam.

Thanks for your post, Steve. I received a letter from Mega Lottery Picker 2018 and it confirmed my suspicion that
it is a scam after I saw the name of Chris Hunt  also in the letter you received.. The letter:s heading also included "Lottery Software For Bonolotto & Mega Millions." Address was "calle Rios Rosas,32,Madrid,Espana 28004, A contact person  was named in the letter with a telephone number in Spain. Praise be to God there are
courageous people like you and others who care. God bless all of you.   May 2018.

Same here. 2.85 million dollars.  HAve a friend in Spain right now.. Hmmm. GHood grief!!! Who would belive this crap!  Concerned that these criminals are using the address of a legitimate organization ( Human Rights Watch) as the government approval office.  ( 1630 Connecticut avenue NW Suite #500. DC. 20009.  Only greedy fools would believe this.  Sending to the attorney general ...oh wait...he's one of the greedy fools. What do I do now?  File 13.

My 83 year old mother received the same letter from The Mega Lottery Picker 2018 Lottery Software for Powerball & Mega Millions,  that she was the grand winner of 4.5MM.  I called the phone number in the letter just to get a grasp of the kind of person that would be sending this SH..... from SPAIN and I spoke in  Spanish but the person asked I speak to him in English and the fist thing he wanted to know was my address.  The person claimed to be Dr. Frank Riccardo and he sounded Nigerian to me.   Please be aware of this type of scam especially if you have older parents, they seem to target them mostly.

Just to add to my previous message.  The contact person is Dr. Frank Riccardo, but the letter was signed by Chris Hunt.

I just received this same letter today, that I won $4,500,000.  While initially exciting, I googled it, and see here that it is just another bunch of scammers.  They sure try to make look convincing.

I got the same letter, dated June 27, 2018.    I won $2,850,000.    To begin my claim, I am to contact Dr. David Brooks, the Foreign Service Manager/Remittance officer of SAFEWAY SECURITIES, TEL:  01134602042798.   Same US GOVERNMENT APPROVED stamp, dated 6/27/18.   Address 1630 Connective Ave, NW, Suite 500, Washington DC 20009.    Same deal.   Have to go to Madrid to get it or pay a "diplomatic delivery charge" to have it delivered to me in any part of the world.    And, "this information must be kept away from the public to avoid unwarranted abuse of the program or fraudulent claims by unauthorized persons."    Right.   I have to hand it to them, they really did do an excellent job of making it look very official.    Someone above commented that they seem to be targeting older people.   And someone wondered where they get our names.    Medicare maybe?   Social Security?    I don't know, but I sure would like to know that this gets investigated & would like to know the outcome!

You tell it like it is!  Remember the days when the U.S. Mail and the telephone calls were not full of crap?
Now its all other people trying to get your money with as little effort as possible. It is hard to understand how these tactics escape prosecution.
