I have never heard of MVQ*BEST BENEFITS until I read my Debit Card Statement on July of 2009. And now they appear on my August statement. I will be looking into this in more detail now.
All these complaints. How are these people still getting away with this. I did not know who they were until I found their charges on my credit card.

My 86 year old mother just called me, she just noticed that she has been charged $13.95 a month for at least 3 or 4 months, said she was going to call the company MVQ Essentials... I told her to hold on and logged on and saw the hundreds of scam complaints, told her to contact her credit card do and also call MVQ but NOT TO GIVE THEM SSN OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERs and to tell them that she is going to contact the attorney general in NJ (I'll get the info for her) if they don't refund every nickle they've stolen from her. She's on a fixed income and doesn't get around well, and does most of her shopping from catalogs, so I'll have to start doing her Christmas shopping for her so that this doesn't happen again. Boy, does this piss me off, probably half the people in her retirement village are being scammed the same way!

I am 17 and MVQ Best Benefits took four payments of 29.95 out of my account in June.I had an overdraft fee of $109. I couldn't understand what this was because I knew i didn't apply for it. And on top of that, I had alot of explaining to do to my mom! Now she owes me an apology!

You're the dumb ass. These are fraudsters. You don't have to agree to accept anything for them to charge you. You might want to try literacy for a change so that you can understand what's going on.
They defraud people who didn't give them permission to do anything relating to their accounts, all the time. They're criminals and cheats. Anger is understandable, but not helpful. Get your money back, be more careful in the future, and hope that someone else gets pissed off enough to do something creative about it.

I had canceled MVQ Best Benefits back on July 14th . On this months statement was the charge for $29.95 again. I called and canceled again using the automated system and then called back to see if they got the cancellation which they had. At that point I requested a refund which they said would be posted to my account in 3-5 business days. We'll see!!!!!! Used the 888-682-2434 number.

MVQ*BestBnfts charged my bank account 29.95 in April. I called them to find out what this was and why I was being charged. They refunded my money the very next month. HOWEVER MVQ*PRIVACYMATTERS continued to charge me 29.95 every month there after. I did not notice this and I feel stupid for letting this happen from June to September. I called them today and they promised me 4 months of 29.95 refunded to my checking account. If I do not get this money in the five promised days I am calling the Attorney General.
Last year my telephone bill was slammed by some company. The phone company told me they were not responsible for these charges. I let that go by without action against the phone company as long as they got my money back.
Who is MVQ? They could not tell me what that stood for.

Hi, I read your message and it sounds like the same exact phone call I got yesterday Sept. 27th. I ordered a product from the TV and got the item and they immediately called me same day to offer all the same products. I got suspicious and decided to research the company and found all of these comments. I immediately called Sept 28th to cancel anything I agreed with and only hope I won't be charged.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! By Brian Hall, 36 minutes ago | Country: United States Unbelievably, I discovered that my Wachovia bank account was being charged $19.95 per month by Best Benefits. I immediately went into the bank and stopped the charges, and had them call the 800 number to find out what was going on. I received a letter from them, with Wachovia Insurance Agency referred, telling me that the card attached would attract discounts at my local pharmacies; doctors, etc., but stated very clearly that "THIS IS NOT INSURANCE". To test their claims, I visited the Pharmacies, and doctors that they had identified in my area, and, surprise, surprise, no one had heard of this offer. I had told my bank to cancel their charges, but, lo and behold, another charge came through last week. Went back to the bank,to be told by the Best Benefit representative on the phone, that they would mail a "letter of dispute" form for me to complete to enable them to provide details of their solicitation, and our commitment. My wife and I would NEVER agree to something like this over the phone, and certainly not divulge our bank details. They are now into me for $120+, but it is my plan to take whatever documents I receive (if I do) to my lawyer, and even if it costs $500, I intend to nail them to the wall over this!!! BEWARE, FOLKS.

I reluctantly join the chorus of MVQ Best Benefits "customers" who have been defrauded. I, too, was bilked out of monthly $19.95 charges. What a shame that scam artists like this are allowed to perpetrate their evil on an unsuspecting public. I am off to my bank to get out from under this burden.

We got hit from this same group for $29.95 best benefits.... For 6 months!!! I pray we can get our $180 back. It's so frustrating. Of course I discovered this late on a Friday. Now I have to wait until Monday to resolve.
Here is what I did AND IT WORKED: I called SavingsAce and told them I did not order their product. The lady assured me that I did but told me I could cancel. I cancelled and also asked for a refund for the 8 months prior that I did not notice on my credit card bill (it resembled a legitimate company with which I do business). She said she could not do that. Her manager said I could get an additional one month back. I told told them both that they should be ashamed that they work for a company that ripped off the masses. I told them to review the thousands of internet posts about their company. I told them I would get even. I then filed complaints (on line...it's EASY) with both the FTC and my state Department of Consumer Affairs. Guess what? Within 30 days I received ALL of my money back. EVERYBODY MUST FIGHT THIS, NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE RIP OFF. WE HAVE TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

I just noticed on my credit card charges going back to March of 2010. one was for privacy matters for 19.95 and the other was for MVQ*BestBnfts for 29.95. I called them and told them that i didn't request this service and they said that they have a recorded call from me stating that i am approving this service. Why would i take there crappy services? There web site is wwwfindbestbenefits.com and i also reported them the Federal Trade commision.
