YOUR RIGHT.  THEY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD IN FEBRUARY AND AGAIN IN MARCH.  THESE CHARGES HAVE BEEN DELETED AND A BLOCK PUT ON FROR ANY BILLING FROM THIS COMPANY.
GOING ON MY COMPUTER, I FOUND THAT THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.  THEY DID GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL.  1-888-593-5216 AND A COMFIRM.# 45912.  THEY WERE EAGER TO CANCEL MY SUPPOSED MEMBERSHIP AFTER I SAID THAT I WAS SUPRISED TO FIND THS COMPANY IS CONSIDERED A FRAUD AND THAT THEY COULD GO TO JAIL IF THE ILLINOIS STATES ATTORNEY DECIDES TO PROSECUTE.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMENTS.

Luckily I DID notice the charges on my bank statement and will be going to the bank to open a new account, I got a phone call and told the woman over the phone multiple times NO i dont want what ever the hell she was offering and she informed me it was to late they already had took the money from my account. I never singned up for anything from MVQ or SEM Budget Saver, but i did order a month pass to PeopleFinder.com a couple days before that and im assuming now that the website was not secure. What a scam!!!!!!

I recently purchased a book and all these add-ons such as MVQ Best Benefits, SEM Budget Savers and Budget Package were charged to my credit card. I didn't authorized any of these charges. Don't give anyone your credit card information just hang up the phone and notify your bank and ask them to withhold payment until the investigation is complete.

Select Benefits tells you that you're receiving $50 for the purchases you made using your Visa. After a long exhausting process of giving your card number over and over again and then listening to the voice message that follows your input saying that there are charges president, while at the same time having a representative click in and tell you that the charges do not apply. After being reassured many times that I was not getting my identities stolen or charged anything the process of finally come to an end. They also tried to charge me for some magazines that I had said no to that it automatically gave me a confirmation number, ridiculous customer value. Here I am to three days later witing on my $50 gift card in the mail and I have been charged to three times for a thing called select benefits or MVQ. There was a no initiated conversation of benefits or health care and this is who's taking the money. When you call back to cancel their customer service line does not take you to any operator there are simply two options and nobody to complain to in order to get your money back.

THey have charged me for over 2 yrs without me actually knowing.  I called to cancel 2 months ago when I found out what was going on with my debit transactions and I looked at my statement for the past month.  They did not only not cancel my account but they put me down for an "Upgrade" in their service.  I would like my 900 bucks back for this "service they provide" considering all they did was rip me off.  I wonder if could all sue them for the money they took from us.  Times are tough and seriously its not fun to be scammed.. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

Here is what I did AND IT WORKED:  I called SavingsAce and told them I did not order their product.  The lady assured me that I did but told me I could cancel.  I cancelled and also asked for a refund for the 8 months prior that I did not notice on my credit card bill (it resembled a legitimate company with which I do business).  She said she could not do that.  Her manager said I could get an additional one month back.  I told told them both that they should be ashamed that they work for a company that ripped off the masses.  I told them to review the thousands of internet posts about their company.  I told them I would get even.  I then filed complaints (on line...it's EASY) with both the FTC and my state Department of Consumer Affairs.  Guess what?  Within 30 days I received ALL of my money back.  EVERYBODY MUST FIGHT THIS, NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE RIP OFF.  WE HAVE TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

The same thing happened to me.  I never heard of this company until I saw a charge of $19.95 on my bank statement.  I called the number on my statement and she said I should have received a card but I haven't seen one.  She said she could not cancel until I could give her the number on the card.  I WILL follow up on this!!

Look out for this MVQ company. I received a phone call from them offering me this great deal back in end of March. I told the gentleman on the phone that I was not intersted, but they sent a package to me in the mail about a month later.

I looked over my back statement, and there were 2 charges on there from the company, and I did not authorize these charges. If this happens to you close your accounts, and call your bank to cancel any transactions.

Does anyone know how long this scam has been in operation?  I traced records back to JUNE 2004 for "AP9*PRIVACY" which sounds similar to the current MVQ* operation. They took $32.95 per month. I don't remember what the original lure was to sign up. And  don't know for wure whether it's connected. Just sounds similar. I was scammed wince 2004 by MVQ*.  I lost a few thousand dollars in monthly charges to my bank account, plus God knows how much in insufficient funds charges when I didn't know a charge was coming.

SAME problem searching all over the internet... there are tons of people with this issue they bill me at different times of the month and they change the billing price. I cannot believe this has not been investigated and stopped I have filed complaint with the FTC and BBB. The annoying part is the BBB endorses the parent company that sold my information off.

Illinois is a breeding ground and safe haven for crooks and scam artists since well before prohibition.  Al Capone, Richard Daley, Rob Blagoyavich, and Jesse Jackson Jr. oh and let's not forget our current president, all scam artists, all full of [***].  The last honest man left Illinois for the White House in 1861 and never returned.  At least not alive.  He had sneaky ways too.  As a lawyer he defended a notorious telegraph line stock swindle operation in the 1850's.  Evenh Michael Jordan was "traveling" almost rvrty time he drove the lane.  The whole state is a mess.  I live in Florida now, so I know from [***] up.

First of all, you don't know much about credit/debit card fraud.  Your account can be compromised without ever authorized, or given permission for your card to have been usud. (That's why they call it fraud).  So anyway, Mr. freescore employee....  keep your ignorant comments to yourself.  You should be spending your time looking thru the want- ads.  I think it's safe to say, your're going to be looking for a job soon.   While you're browsing the classifieds...  you may want to check out criminal defense lawyers.   Sleep tight
