Complaint

I received 3 harrassing phone calls from a man with a very heavy Indian thick accent claiming he has a law suit against me. I need to get to the bottom of this.

They all have a very thick Indian accent. I sometimes wonder if it is the same person calling but they give a different name every time they call.
they have all my personal information... but at times they seem very serious... i dont know what i should do...
Extremely strange. That is all I have to say about it. I have never been a customer of any business with the name "ACS" nor have I ever heard of this company. It was no surprise that when you type ACS INCORP or ACS Legal department into Google, the very first results to populate are websites and people reporting harassment from this company.
This is the exact email I received today (the only change I have made is deleting my email address):

The man says his name is Mark Cooper..very heavy Indian accent he first said he was from cash America ( i think) then he said he was a lawyer from "The American Law Firm" I asked for his manager, he put me on hold then tried to pretend he was someone else when he got back on the line! He has yelled at me, cursed me, threatened me with all kinds of legal action, even said he was going to turn it over to the DA of my state. A few hours later he called me back again (this would be the 14th phone call) and then pretended that it was someone else that had acted that way earlier! I am passed the scared and angry part..now I am having more fun getting on his nerves with a bunch of questions. I was even told that the questions I was asking were none of my business, and in the same sentence he demanded to know who my attorney was.
