never heard of zeal money solution and found out this morning that they withdrew $29.95 from my bank account. how do they get bank account information?

Zeal Money Solutions also took $29.95 directly out of my account without any my authorization. I've never heard of this company before and they somehow acquired my bank account information including routing number. I called the number associated with the transaction and they refused to tell me what it was for or the company associated with it. I immediately filed a fraud claim with my bank and got my money back - but also had to close out that bank account and open a new one to protect my money. This company needs to be reported asap. This is clearly criminal activity stealing money directly out of bank accounts.

Whenever you find an unauthorized charge against your bank account, ALWAYS immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and close the account or block the card number to prevent further fraud. Follow up with a fraud affidavit sent to your bank's fraud department.
Do NOT try to get your money back through a dishonest merchant you never even chose to do business with. They will attempt to string you along with promises or delay you with a fake "investigation", to run out the 60 day dispute period.
Promptly filing a bank fraud dispute will get your money back, document that the charge was fraudulent, ding them with a chargeback fee, and raise their chargeback ratio with their payment processor, getting them cut off if they do too much fraudulent charging.
They also took money out of my account, I have no idea who they are. I called my bank, they credited my acct and I am filing a case against them. I too had to change my bank account. please, let's all report them so they can't do this to anyone else

Key question: Are you getting these charges without any contact or account information provided to this alleged " loan broker membership service"?
To answer your question, yes, we are being charged without any contact with this company. I haven't used my account in over 2 weeks and when I checked my balance a little while ago there was an unauthorized deduction from Zeal Money Solutions for $29.95. I have never heard of this company so obviously I have had no contact with them. I have, however, filled out applications for payday loans online several months ago and I am pretty confident this is how they aquired my banking information. I am going first thing in the morning to change my banking information and learn from my mistake by NEVER entering my personal information for ANY reason online!!

This same company just took those funds out of my account this morning also. Very Shady, but thank you to everyone who posted. Im calling my bank immediatly to get this fixed and taken care of. I to have filled out information for a PayDay loan a few months ago. Im pretty sure thats how they got the information. Horrible!
Typically these "loan broker membership" scams might hide the "authorization" buried behind some link, or halfway down a long page of legal boilerplate, maybe even in hard to read grey on white. The link might even be chosen to be hard to find or even see, with poor contrast with background.
They depend on some percentage of consumers missing the charge, being totally unaware there even is any charge, and getting stuck, while being able to show where the "authorization" is hidden when confronted. The trick is to disclose so poorly most people miss it, but so that it looks just like "poor design" or an "accident". There are web designers who specialize in this, as this type of internet fraud is real common.
Deception with "plausible deniability", "D&D", just as Col. North taught us.
Another aspect of possible deception and fraud is whether whatever representations of "offering your application to lenders" is real or of any value.
Also note that similar "lead generation" sites might pass your information to fraudulent "loan crammers" who fake the appearance of a "payday loan" without disclosure of terms or getting consumer agreement, by unexpectedly cramming through a deposit, then shortly after yanking it back as "interest only", while continuing to keep charging every few weeks at exhorbitant interest rates.

What was the website?
Did they ask you to enter your routing and account number?
