I checked my bank account today and was charged 29.95 never signed up for anything. I called them they said it was a money management solution. They canceled but said could take 5 to 7 days to get refunded. Called my bank first off and they are reversing the money and filing fraud charges against company. When I spoke to them they were very ugly and bad customer service. I asked to speak with a supervisor and of course none was able to take my call until after 12:00. From this point I will be dealing with my bank not them!

Add my name to the long list of OMG WTF wehn i checked my bank statement. Called my bank they locked it down and now i have to go in and open up a new one...pain the butt. Fraud departement is handling my claim. Those of you fortunate enough to get your money back from that company are playing with fire, whats to stop them from sneaking another charge in? They are criminal and decietful do not trust them!

zeal did the same thing to me ,they took 29.95 from me this morining. i call my bank and told them about a charge that was not authorized to take my money out of my account, so i call my bank and told them, they said for me to file a claim against them for unauthorized. so that what i am doing .my bank suppose to credit my money back to my account.if you anr trying to get a loan from anyone online try to get a direct loan that mean no third party,so they wanted be able to get into your account.go look up just direct loan with no third party and it will come up ok)

I had this show up on my account this morning. I will call them and my bank as soon as they open because I didn't ask for a pay day loan nor authorize this. Ugh!

I called my bank about the unauthorized deduction of $29.99 . Representative said it was still processing, and I did know that . So it has to process then they can investigate it and get my money back. I did call them also and was told I would receive my money back in 5 days !

Same happened to me with the 29.95 charge and I didn't have any direct contact with this company. I called my Bank to dispute the charges and am also filing a Report against the company. It's a shame that companies like this take advantage of people in a time of need for their personal gain. I can only imagine how many others have been affected!

Yes that happen to a lot people like me,and I call and they tell me that is cause I request a loan,and they ask me to get on line to a total different web site name,which can't find it or better yet doesn't exist,she ask me to do that in order to get my money back, but nothing. Then I find this web site and after I send a message,that site is not been founded, so now I have to go to my bank, this is a fraud. Guys be careful cause is another company doing the some thing,but a list I was lucky to contact to them and they tell me that wait a few days ( 5 to 10 business days)
