Maytag web site for new product registration never works.
I guees their products were too poorly design, they dont want the owners to register ther newly appliances.
Should have bought something else but Maytag ( or Whirlpool) from now on.

    You are right. Their on line product registration never works. I tried to go to Whirlpool site. Same issue. If they can not maintain the on line service how could they stand behind their products?

    I just got my washer and dryer and was going online to register. what is up with that messed up sight. Hope I dont have this kind of trouble with the washer and dryer.

    Hey! What is up with this On line Registration #$@&.
    We bought a thousand dollars worth of appliances and we could not go to Maytag web site to register our stuff. What a lame.
    Can not trust these product.

    Why have a site if it doesn't work for customers??  Don't advertise product registration online if it cannot be done.  Pretty sad when everything is done on computers.  Catch up with the times Maytag!

    Just bought a fridge and stove (over $1600.00).  Can't register them on-line.  What's up with this?  It clearly states on the Consumer Product Ownership Registration that we can register on-line.  Does not work?

    We bought aseven hundred dollar washer and we could not go to Maytag web site to register our stuff. What is going on.

    Maybe this is time for a "class action suite"!!Why would a manufacture not have a  working website??

    Ditto to all the above.  I just bought a $700+ oven and it works better than thisW4Y4 product registration site.  Come guys----FIX IT!!!!!!!

      Dec. 21,2010, you were working on the registration site to get it up. It is now 2-3-13 and it is no different. How do you register your washer & dryer?  Oh , and you are still apologizing 2 years later!

    I experienced the same problem.  Hearing from others that Whirlpool doesn't maintain their online registration seems to indicate a lack of interest in customer service.  I bought a Maytag washer and dryer from Home Depot.  I was dissapointed in their service and delivery and now have the registration problem.  So, both the manufacturer and retailer let me down on this one.

    I really wanted to take care of registering my new refrigerator and over the range microwave, but can't find the site.  Amama was very easy.  Guess I have to go to the post office,buy stamps as well as get a copy of the registration form.  I'm very busy.  Fixing your site to be customer friendly would be a plus.

    The first complaints on this site were from Dec '10 and the site is still not fixed.  We just purchased $4000 worth of appliances.  Pay someone to fix it....

    Tried today, 3-1 to register a stove that was in our new camper we just bought.  Even though you said in Dec. you were working on the registration problem, it appears you haven't gotten very far.  We do need a new washer soon, and we currently have a Maytag that has worked very well for many years.  However, after reading all the problems people seem to be having on registering, I have doubts on purchasing anymore Maytag products.  I hope your product is better than your registration site.  Thank you.

    Today is April 28th.  Yesterday I had a new Maytag refrigerator installed in my kitchen.  Since I cannot find the online registration place without going to a question and answer place that charges a fee to tell me how to register my fridge, I am going to send the card in a envelope instead of registering on-line.  What a waste of time this has been!
