Maytag web site for new product registration never works.
I guees their products were too poorly design, they dont want the owners to register ther newly appliances.
Should have bought something else but Maytag ( or Whirlpool) from now on.

    This is 2012 and when you go to www.admiral.com... I can insure my house, car and even my pet, but NOT MY DRYER I purchased. WHATS UP MAYTAG???????
    GET WITH IT AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM, I do not want all kinds of BULL Sh-T sent to my home or offers sent to my email, I just want to register my product in case something goes wrong with it. RESPECT MY PRIVACY and OTHERS.

      ME TOO!!! Just got Admiral Washer AND, YEP, You guessed it! Can't register on line been everywhere and NO luck! I begging to wonder what I got myself into.

    i got a new maytag in december of 2011 the dryer will not dry a small load of lundry set on heavey  duty must reset it and run again to dry ?  washer will not spin the laundry have to reset and wash again    and again and again  ?  the repair man  said that is the way   it  was set up at the factury he could not  reset  it  so live with it

    Just FYI, I went to the main site for Maytag and did a live chat in order to register my Admiral (subsidiary company) product.
    In their own words, "Unfortunately, you will not be able to register them on the Maytag.com website. I will be glad to register the appliance for you."
    I then supplied the complete model and serial numbers, date of purchase, dealer, and address where appliances are located.

    I printed the entire "chat" transcript (from beginning of chat to the agent disconnecting at completion) for my records and have, in print (an option on the live chat screen), the employee name and number stating the appliances were now registered and promising to send confirmation to my email, which was verified during the chat. I will update if I do not receive the promised documentation.

    Bought a new washer. Was told they are not made with a agitator any more, they now are better without one. My clothes come out dirty, no matter which brand soap I use. I hate this washer, and since I have used it, can not return it. I spoke with Maytag and they do not care. A sale is a sale, screw the customer. Maytag used to be good, no more. Stay away from this brand when buying a washer.

    This is the second Maytage in 40 years. Always mailed the warranty. Decided to go online per warranty registration instructions, to save a postage stamp, and found a car/boat/home insurance company. Any suggestions?

    Tried to register my new dishwasher, "model number not valid" message prevents it from going through when I hit "submit" button. I have checked and rechecked, still the same. I have sent email through site, will see if they remedy this.
    Considering filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not remedied for false advertising, (as the option to register online), as this seems to be an ongoing and consistent issue with too many and for too long of a time. Until I found this site, I thought mine might be an isolated issue or something of that nature. Really shocked that a big company like Maytag will not keep their site updated and in working order regarding something as important as registering their products. Certainly not good for consumers' best interests in doing the resposnsible thing like registering their new appliances.

    Cannot register online, waste of my time tracking this down and now having to fill out registration cards manually.  I'll never buy from this company again and will pass this information on to everyone I know.  Hire some decent programmers you fools.

    I was able to register my Admiral washer via live chat on the maytag website very quickly..

    Was informed "Easy Ways to Register" and elected going to www.admiral.com, only to discover what 99 percent of those "complaining" here that there was no easy way to register online.

    I just bought an Admiral brand dryer from Home Depot.  The site they gave listed either doesn't exist or keeps taking me to car insurance. When I typed in the P.O. Box address for Admiral, Maytag complaints is appearing, but yet STILL no way to register this product!

    I can't register online.  I used the model number on the reg sheet and matched it to the dryer I just bought and its a no go.  Maytag fix your website

    Just went to maytag site.  You'll have to use the chat function and they will register it for you.
