Fraud

I am having the same problem ...  I originally signed with a different lender, CPS purchased my loan (current and in good standing), and raised my pay out amount. Then refused my repeated attempts to pay off the loan early at the amount I have on my contract. They will not answer the phone, they will not return messages, they send me NOTHING in writing so that I have documentation, and will not give me an email address to communicate.
