I ordered a product called face lift complex from a companylisted as www.rejouvance.com.  I authorized $4.95 to be deducted from my account.  I was mailed the product and the $4.95 was subtracted from my account.  The next month I was charged $89.92 as a recurring debit card payment from this company.  When I tried to contact them by callng the 800-879-4828 which was listed on my bank statement, the number was out of service

Cramming scams are set up to create a pretense for supposedly "authorized charges", when there was never any intent that the consumer would realize the crammed "orders" would be charged.

They typically show up claiming the "trial offer" can be cancelled, yet when consumers try to actually cancel, phone calls go to call tree hell or the call is "accidentally" dropped, the caller gets another sales pitch, the "cancellation" is "lost", the phone simply isn't answered, or as you've found, it's "out of service".

All are tactics designed to keep the charges going as long as possible regardless of the consumer's intent to cancel, which is the goal

Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and block the card number to prevent further fraud.

I've the same problem with this REJOUVANCE company. My credit card was charged $4.99 for trial offer. The product came. Two weeks later my credit card was charged $89.92 again. I tried to contact their phone number as shown on credit card 800-879-4828 and this number has been disconnected. I've filed the dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY with this company!

I too ordered the rejouvance for $4.99- trial offer- I called yesterday to cancel and was told that I would have to pay a $29.95 fee. I explained that I called prior to the 14 day grace period.  Of course, that didn't matter. Today I have called my  bank and the $29.95 was taken out of my bank. The bank operator stated the best thing to do was to cancel my bank card immediately. I did and feel so much better. They won't get another dime from me and I have learned a valuable lesson.  Please cancel your card as I did.

Like Carmen, I also ordered a $14.95 trial and was charged $89 and sent more product.  I called to cancel and was then charged $94 dollars.  I called again and they said it will take 5-10 days to credit back.  Should've know better.  Keep me updated on the class action law suit.

I was also charged $4.95 for a trial size of this product and then a charge for $89 and change showed up on my statement.  After calling these fraudulent people and getting nowhere, I canceled my credit card and ordered a new one.  Hopefully, there won't be any more charges from these people.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.  I WILL BE FIGHTING THOSE CHARGES WITH MY BANK

I got this sample as 4.99, and billed my credit card $89.99, and charged me another $94.99 in one month later. I called and disputed those 2 charges, and call number 1-888-899-1545 to cancel this order and ask refund. They provide option to keep products, refund me half of the price. It is real Internet scam.

Ditto to all of you posters out there.  I completed a survey online and chose rejouvance for my reward.  I was told I only have to pay for shipping.  Got charged for the shipping and now my card is charged for $89.92.  This is a real scam and I want my refund.

My story is the exact same as Binta, completed survey and was told I could choose my free gift from 3 choices I chose rejouvance gave them my debit card number for the shipping & handling. they took out the 4.99 then next month they took out 89.92. I only received the face lift stuff and nothing else even though I was supposedly enrolled in their autoship program. It's true you get nothing for free especially when you pay shipping & handling DON'T DO IT. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Nevada, because this company is in Las Vegas. Everyone should complain to Better Business.
