I ordered a product called face lift complex from a companylisted as www.rejouvance.com.  I authorized $4.95 to be deducted from my account.  I was mailed the product and the $4.95 was subtracted from my account.  The next month I was charged $89.92 as a recurring debit card payment from this company.  When I tried to contact them by callng the 800-879-4828 which was listed on my bank statement, the number was out of service

I couldn't find Rejuvance's phone number anywhere. The one number I did find was not in service.
I ended up NOT ORDERING at all. I've had to learn not to trust these people the hard way.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE WITHOUT A COMPANY PHONE NUMBER. EVEN WITH A PHONE NUMBER,YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL. CHECK WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS.

I use the Shopping Channels, Macy's, Penny's, even Walmart. Ebay and Amazon are good. Just watch other countries when you buy. Most of them are OK. I can't go shopping much anymore, so I use the Net.

One more thing, I never buy anything with a trial offer and 30 days to cancel. Invariably, I will end up fighting with the company, disputing the charges, or sending the product back that I didn't even want.

Stop charging me for products I did not authorize.  $89.92 and    $84.95 are not authorized to be taken out of my bank account.  I have notified my bank and the  BBB.  The BBB has numerous complaints against this company.  I don't want any products from this company and want my name taken off their mailing list.

I guess I too was scamed with this product why did they have to use Ellen DeGenerous for the product  to make it legit you are going to hell for cheating all these people including my self . What is this world coming to KARMA is going to hit you I do not wish it on you but look out. People never listen to commericals or pop ups on your computer I always thought computers internet and everything else is evil. Was charged 4.99 and after 14 days so they said without notification was charged 89.92 but they refunded be half when I asked them to do so. Beware of the Blob they are all over

What a scam.. You have to go to the supervisor to get your money back and threaten to post feedback on social media.. there is no address to officially complain to the company so drive them through linkedin, facebook and others.

To anyone out there who has been duped by this company much in the same vein, with exactly the same complaint...It took me most of the morning ( multiple searches on the net) and some hrs. in the afternoon, but  I finally spoke to several live persons., and found the policy agreement site for this company, http://www.hargalinc.com/terms.htm .   By the way the call number wasn't  the same tel: number at all, I  had received/wrote down as a confirmation number and telephone in case there were issues and problems when I ordered the product for 4.99.

I finally called the tel: number 2x  which appeared on my  bank statement (1-888-475-9368) next to the 2 posts for  $89.92 and $84.95 (much like Tammy in a previous post ). The same person answered each time and told me the tech support was down so they couldn't get into the computers. I became suspicious,  so I called my local  tel: carrier to see if the number was legit and he looked up the company name as I knew it from the policy agreement on the BBB site.

The BBB has an address and customer care number for this distributor and a website different to what has been projected: The address for the aforementioned policy is the same. It is a SCAM!!! though.  I believe the customer care people don't know exactly that they are part of a big SCAM, I believe they are outsourced from India....their job is to sell, which is why they have different options to negotiate if any customer actually gets to talk to them.  Below is the BBB information for this company.

    Customer Care Number:
    +1-888-899-1545
    Email Address: info@rejouvance.org
    Contact Person:
    Address:
MPS Labs, 202, East Center Street, Provo, Utah-84606, United States of America
    Website:
    www.rejouvance.org

P.S. All I wanted was the RMA#  (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to return the original trail size product. One is never too old to learn......

By the way, I also cancelled my Credit Card. I don't buy online as it is, and this is the reason why.

My story is the same as all above. I ordered the sample and paid the 4.95 shipping and handling. The next month 89.92 showed up on my credit card and my credit card e-mailed me to make sure I made this charge. I advised them I did not, they removed the charge. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. The number they provided does not work and there is no other number for them. They are a scam of a company and if I had checked it out first I would never have ordered the sample. Pays to check things out I guess!!!!  Now, I have this bottle of rejouvance and the post office says I have to pay to send it back. I refuse to spend money on something that I did not order and has put me in so much inconvenience. They should not be such a crooked company...... Elsie Laymon.
