I ordered a product called face lift complex from a companylisted as www.rejouvance.com.  I authorized $4.95 to be deducted from my account.  I was mailed the product and the $4.95 was subtracted from my account.  The next month I was charged $89.92 as a recurring debit card payment from this company.  When I tried to contact them by callng the 800-879-4828 which was listed on my bank statement, the number was out of service

I haven't seen my statement, yet.  Do I qualify?  I only just got around to reading the comments and expect to be scammed as well.  I used the tracking number given and th eesponse was  "It is too soon to enquire, wait for 10 -18 days from now"  or some such. I found this notice on my computer, yesterday, 13 September 2013

I would be interested in joining.  What is the status of this.  I would have thought the FCC or some consumers protection group could or would have put a stop to this.

When I asked for FREE  SAMPLE  I was charged for postage and now I have been billed from them for a months supply . WHICH I DID NOT ORDER.  Rachel Ray surely will be upset with all this going on under her name as it all started from her show ( at least for me).  Shame on this company for having to be so underhanded.  I pray you all  --like I did go to your bank and complain.  My bank has put a stop payment on this company.  but not in time to stop this shipment . I assure you all this will go back to them and  they should be reported to better business  from each of your states.  We all get stung  but lets make this company realize they are on the wrong side of us ladies. Thanks for listening. I am contacting the Rachel Ray show in referene to this

I'm tried of being scamed by these websites - I tried the product at the 4.99 and paid for the full price when charged and cancelled any further orders and you just billed and shipped again.

Well guess what I am going to refuse payment on this and further on down the road if you continue to send the product.

Wake up out there - when some one says I don't want any more that's what it means!!!!!!!

I in fact I did the same thing and got a bottle for 4.99. as soon as the product arrived I called the 800 number on the letter it came with and canceled immediately knowing that this was a scam. if you listen closely to the commercial it does say that a month supply will be billed to your credit card on a monthly basis in less you call to cancel. I agree that it is very sneaky of them but us as consumers need to be aware!

As we all stated, I requested a "Free Trial" of this product.  Not free.  Billed the 89.99.  Sent email to cancel any further shipment, and of course to my surprise, I just received an email from them that they sent another shipment.  Will be calling the bank today to stop payment.  Should know by now-nothing is free.

Thanks Tammy for posting the phone number!
Called them on 888 899 15 45 and had them cancel "my subscription" and was offered a $ 60 refund on the second bottle. Will just wait and see if they follow through.

I haven't been reconciling my statement for a while now. Today when I was verifying my account, I found that this fraudulent company has been charging my account $94.91 every month. Never received any product other than the trial product. I am going call them tomorrow and see what happens. If they don't give my money back I won't hesitate to go legally against them.

I just finished talking with my bank which issues the MC  for unauthorized charges. In Feb., I too accepted the free offer, only to learn it was not free and would continue on a monthly basis. This information was not online with the free offer advertising. After receiving the"free" offer with some literature, I called to request I be removed from the list for recurring Rejouvance products. I was assured that I would not be sent further products unless I specifically called and placed an order, and I would receive this agreement via email. At that time I did not know I would be charged $89.92 for the "free" package on my March MC. I  called the company a second time to complain that I had not received the requested email confirmation of my cancellation. I was assured that they saw a record of my call and would email the agreement. Again, no follow-up from the company. I received and was charged $94.91 the end of April and again in May. After a heated discussion, the company did send an email notice of cancellation, and agreed to refund 2 payments of $89.92. I still was not aware I was charged in March. After receiving a confirmation for 50% of the phone agreement and discovering the March charge, I spoke with my bank who will block further charges from this company and send a letter of dispute. I was advised to call the BBB and ask that Rejouvance or MPS Laboratories be reported to the State Attorney General. While I understand the 800 number is disconnected, I was able to reach them at 888-899-1545. The billing is from Las Vegas and the return address is Michigan , but the bank said to call your State's BBB. This is all totally fraudulent. I was advised to be very careful when ordering online and giving out my CC because the practice is widespread.

This is a ruse to allow this company to automatically pull money from your banking account.  If this doesn't stop, I will notify the Federal Trade Commission.

I have been scammed by Rejouvance and it is by far the worst of the skin care companies.  Most of the other skin care products have refunded, but Rejouvance charges you unless you return it.  I, unfortunately, did not read the terms of their agreement.  What they do not say is that the 14 day trial begins when you order, not receive the product, so even though I haven't even touched it (because it wasn't sealed and was half empty), they still debited my account.
DO NOT SEND FOR A "FREE TRIAL" OF REJOUVANCE!

OMG!! Too late, I just ordered my free $4.99 trial just last fri.  Today Sun I got a confirmation from company about my order.  Is it possible for me to contact my bank ASAP and can they block this Co from making that $89.95 charge to my credit card, which seems un avoidable after reading all your posts here.
