Russell Wallace has now opened the doors for the 4th time in 3 1/2 years to his new company name...29 prime! Russell has a track record of being a fly by night and operating scam telemarketing operations for local SEO. Check out reliable listing, ilocal sem, your local merchant and now 29 prime. The facts are all there for everyone to see and believe me, there are enough to keep you busy and want to stay away from this scum. He feels the way to operate a business is to sign up as many clients as Forrest(sales closer) can sell with an agreement for a minimum of 3 months off of there press 1 campaign that hits nationwide claiming they are google's 411 service calling to update your profile. Since they know they won't be able to do anything for you, Russell has learned from his failures that if he has a signed contract with 3 months, he can charge you. If his tele scam boiler room can pump out sales each week...you can see how Russell banks on several clients a month for a minimum of 3 months of payment. He has scammed employees out of money by his midnight move tactics and destroyed the market for small business owners on front page placement. This is not a competitor nor an ex employee...what i have provided here are nothing more than FACTS that can be viewed by typing in the ex companies he has constructed. Attorney generals have received several complaints and get a kick out of this clown...like any scam telemarketing operation, they all get about 4-6 years of destroying peoples lives before they are shut down. You cant operate under deceptive business practices with this kind of lack on integrity and stay out of the spotlight...buyer beware!!! Do your research before paying to have your online profile managed!! There are some ethical companies that have been in business for years under the same name!! Again i repeat...what has been presented here is FACT. Russell Wallace, Forrest Blackburn and 29 prime...scammers at it again under new name and scamming the marketplace.

They use illegal telemarketing practices.  I received an automated telemarketing call from 405-283-8500.

Report Illegal telemarketing to the FCC here:

http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

They represent themselves to be Google and then once they bait their victims, they charge big money for Google's free Places listing service.

Thanks for the heads up; my friend got a call from this company and was curious.  Did you know the guy; why are you giving this public service warning-- are you jealous did you get screwed too?

Your statements are good and seem accurate from what I've been able to research, there are also a bunch of great reviews too, but I remain skeptical at best.  Out in NJ I've seen my share of scam-by-night companies so it doesn't take many slanted sales people to get false reviews placed.

This little blogspot was clearly made by them...

29 Prime has a series of duplicate websites that they sell to companies to "improve Google local listings" that are all hosted on the same server.  All websites are stored on the same exact server (http://media.29prime.com/), regardless of the industry.  They make 'profiles' on this site and mask the URL, making it seem like it's a custom website, when it's really just a duplicate template.  They basically make something similar to a Myspace profile, sell it with promises of increasing SEO, and these pages never obtain Google PageRank - they are banned from Google.  That's when they stop answering your calls and you get put through the ringer.  THIS IS THE TRUTH ABOUT 29 PRIME:

          Television Repair - Michigan

          Nail Salon - Arizona

          Medical Consultant - New Jersey

There are HUNDREDS of these websites.
They even made one for themself:

I used to work for Reliable Places/29 prime. I was employees there for over six months. I worked in sales and in pinning. I will honestly say that this company is defiantly shady. They have revolving doors when it comes to staff because they don't pay as promised. They make their sale people lie about what they do ( they claim proprietary software :( truth is it was a bunch of hard working under paid and under valued techs doing all the work of the supposed software.)  Since I was constantly being moved around the building I gave out my cell number (like management informed me to do (I was an independent contractor worked liked a full time employee) to my clients and received several phone calls from unhappy clients the entire time I worked there as well as months after I quit. Simply because they could not reach anyone else. They promise the moon and deliver very little. Usually at the expense of their employees. I could go on about the dishonesty personally witnessed in 6 months. I was forced to participate in lying to customers and possible clients just to keep my job. I do not want to sound like sour grapes since I did work there, but I felt the dire need to respond to this post. Any of the resale offices (and there are many of them, and more popping up every day) are bad news as well. If you do business with a SEO company. Make sure that they can be found on the front page themselves under many terms.  Please do your research thoroughly before you hand someone your hard earned money! It's people like this that are giving us small SEO companies a very bad name, not to mention the people's lives that they have destroyed.

I just had to respond, because I too worked there for a short time and I completely agree! They totally under-pay. I was desperate for a job at the time and I knew one of the recruiters there who was making decent money, so she brought me in for sales and it was NOT WORTH IT. They had me doing all kinds of shady things. The lead Sales woman, Christine is the worst! She had me trying to open up different businesses with all these different lending companies under a different guy's name (Not Russell Wallace)--I had and still have NO IDEA who this person was. In any event, that place is ridiculous. Don't trust the positive Yelp reviews, either. When I was there, they had people working round the clock to put up fake positive Yelp reviews. We were told not to accept any packages and the front door had to remain locked at all times so Russell Wallace couldn't get served. Unbelievable. So glad I'm not there anymore--shady, shady shady.

The truth?! That is a cheap scam blog setup by this scam company!!! Who do you think you are fooling with that?!? Good companies don't have to make fake blogs in attempts to trick people into thinking you are legitimate! Just think about how sad that attempt even is! Can you imagine Amazon or Ebay or Time Warner having to create cheap fake blogs and PR articles in attempts to mask the reviews of their customers?! It should really give you something to think about. Do reputable companies not pay employees, or have robo calls misrepresenting themselves as Google just calling to update company information on file?

The business reputation hurt so much that you had to change names how many times? Also you don't want to pay employees and keep getting in trouble with the labor board so now to fix both problems you just have people resell under their own business names and affiliate sites in hopes to ruin their names and not yours?....

Everyone trust me these guys are scam artists! Sales people beware it is a horrible job selling a scam product and hurting companies for no pay.... and customers beware they do not accomplish what they set out to do, which is the saddest part because REGISTERING FOR GOOGLE LOCAL IS FREE AND TAKES 5 MINUTES!!!!!!! These guys setup a crappy fake page and register your Google Local account to that (if they do anything at all), why ? So that if you do cancel they can pull what you paid them to do! Google Listings are easy to setup, you can do it in minutes for free and that's it, no reoccurring fees or work!!!

They will call pretending to be Google, and now have so many resellers it is hard to keep track. Below are 2 links one explaining this scam company and the other just a listing of all of the fake names that we try to update regularly. There are so many resellers and these guys change their names so often (because reviews and complaints from real customers). Just do not sign up with any SEO person cold calling you and guaranteeing results for 200 a month! If they really had a good service companies would be fighting to be one of the clients for that industry and they would not be cold calling and annoying everyone like this! Just google "reliable places complaints" or "reliable places reviews" or "29 prime complaints" "29 prime scams" etc. Go check Yelp!

http://beware29prime.wordpress.com/   Site dedicated to helping expose these scammers, show clients how to get around that terms of service to get a refund, and how to get their sites listed for FREE! Also if your site was hijacked we will show you how to get it back and away from these con men!

http://beware29prime.wordpress.com/2012/08/01/29-prime-sites/    A list we try to keep updated with their different company names, addresses, websites, etc. We even provide thumbnails of all the sites so you can see exactly how pathetic this business model really is.

I don't know where to start, but if somebody knows how legally go about this legal issue through the government, I'll join in.  You've got my testimony!  Surely google can do something too?

Not once did anyone say that to me during the call - I was told it was a month to month service AND not to mention they charged my card $258 after they told me the monthly fee is $199 + a one time $50 set up fee.  That does not = $258 PLUS I am in Florida - they are in California so, not sure what the extra $9 was for.  Either way, I called countless times on Friday as soon as I learned about the 60 day guarantee to cancel, emailed and never received a response - all I got was a voice mail saying the mailbox i reached was full.  I spent all morning calling as well to no avail  - I ended up having to file a claim with my credit card company and disputing the charge.  I also noticed they set up a bogus website which mispells my company name yet is now linked to my company because they list my office number.  I cannot believe these kind of folks/marketing tactics are still around.  Buyer beware - if you recieve a call from 949-268-1066 claiming to be from Google, hang up!  All lies, - it's prime 29 a/k/a beevisibleonline a/k/a local zoom a/k/a BIG TIME SCAMMERS!!!  I am so upset at myself for falling for this.

Same EXACT thing happened to me... claimed to be Google, another rep got on the phone and said they are a third party vendor called Bee Visible. Got the entire [***] story about the only $199.00 per month (no set up fee) to appear on the first page for 10 keywords and you could cancel at anytime, if not satisfied.
Yes, I did a little research on Bee Visible Marketing before I made a decision and there are no bad reviews or negative statements on this company, only positive reviews.

After they took my CC info and provided with an account number, I was told I would be getting a call before the end of the day from one of their account executives to set up my account. Within a half hour, $378.00 was debited from my CC, TWO Times, listed as 29 Prime. I Googled 29 Prime, to only see hundreds of scam reviews and tons of complaints on this company! I called BEE VISIBLE back to ask them to cancel my account and refund not just one charge but both charges of $378.00 and I got hung up on! WOW, how the do these people sleep at night. Karma has to come back eventually, I'm hoping!

No He is not a competitor of that guys statement nor mine, I just had to get new credit cards as of today I got scammed also...if you think they not a scam/Fraud call them as a new client and give them your credit card then try and access or call them back to see about your services or website, see if you get someone on the line, they will only answer when you press 1 for new client, and I am a small business owner out in the country of Louisiana, and I do painting so he is no competitor of mine. But he is a fraud and the bank called them and they answered for me to cancel my account and they hung up on Capital One bank the minute I told them on 3 way they were scammers and had been caught, I heard dial tone!!!

Randy,  Cut and Paste comments.  Come on shill.   You're breaking FTC rules by using computer phone  sales marketing.  I know how it works.  I used to work with the great Chase Revel, when there was only print and video ads

Tired of phone calls?  Tired of harassment?  Getting tons of calls for SEO?  It's the same group, sue the company and make an easy $500-1500 per telemarketing law!!  Sue the owners personally if you want, Russell Wallace, Michael V. Rosenthal, Tony Redman.  Why not turn the tables?

I don't know how one can come and take your office equipment. Unless you are leasing or doing a partnership with some sort of contract. If he has lent you the money to open your operation. Then he does expect you to produce for him to keep your door open. Yes this is true, from a source in house. He hire's cheep labor to come in after hours and they remove everything he had provided you with to start the same business. From office equipment to the chair and tables in the lobby.
However, He can not stop your SEO service or take you off the market. Unless you have cancel your policy or stop payment. The Banks will take your car if you stop paying also.
I need more clarity on the SEO... Is that a scam or not!?
