Russell Wallace has now opened the doors for the 4th time in 3 1/2 years to his new company name...29 prime! Russell has a track record of being a fly by night and operating scam telemarketing operations for local SEO. Check out reliable listing, ilocal sem, your local merchant and now 29 prime. The facts are all there for everyone to see and believe me, there are enough to keep you busy and want to stay away from this scum. He feels the way to operate a business is to sign up as many clients as Forrest(sales closer) can sell with an agreement for a minimum of 3 months off of there press 1 campaign that hits nationwide claiming they are google's 411 service calling to update your profile. Since they know they won't be able to do anything for you, Russell has learned from his failures that if he has a signed contract with 3 months, he can charge you. If his tele scam boiler room can pump out sales each week...you can see how Russell banks on several clients a month for a minimum of 3 months of payment. He has scammed employees out of money by his midnight move tactics and destroyed the market for small business owners on front page placement. This is not a competitor nor an ex employee...what i have provided here are nothing more than FACTS that can be viewed by typing in the ex companies he has constructed. Attorney generals have received several complaints and get a kick out of this clown...like any scam telemarketing operation, they all get about 4-6 years of destroying peoples lives before they are shut down. You cant operate under deceptive business practices with this kind of lack on integrity and stay out of the spotlight...buyer beware!!! Do your research before paying to have your online profile managed!! There are some ethical companies that have been in business for years under the same name!! Again i repeat...what has been presented here is FACT. Russell Wallace, Forrest Blackburn and 29 prime...scammers at it again under new name and scamming the marketplace.

They use illegal telemarketing practices.  I received an automated telemarketing call from 405-283-8500.

    I have gotten more than 30 robo calls from them. There's never a live person on the line, only a recorded message that plays for a long time. If I hang up, I get an immediate call back. I've just filed a complaint with the national do not call list. It's illegal to make robo calls AND I'm on the National Do Not Call list. Don't do business with them.

        Funny that you have a place for people to put their phone number in so you "won't" call them.  PEOPLE:  DO NOT enter your number on their DNC list.  If you do, expect to get your number sold to even more shady telemarketing companies.  I've never worked for them, nor would I ever work for a company that scams people.  I wish google would just go after them.  Also, the reason that he/she gave a number for you to call is so they can get your name and number on their caller ID.  Nice try though ;)  This company needs exploited nationwide.

    why don't we have these people hunted down for the scum they are?  this robo caller for SEO placement hassles my place of work weekly.  I would so love the abortion protesters, antiwar protesters, and other zealots to spend a few days outside of this guy's home and hassle him.  He is filth.

      These guys used industry standards with my account. Only problem was the industry standards they used were from 6 months ago and Google changed all of their policies. Their service department was unreachable and thankfully I had someold numbers saved to get me into that department a backway. They have pulled everything off Google they say, we will see.

      Russel Wallace is the main guy, even though they want you to think its Tony Redman. Forrest is just a puppet so never mind him. If you let "Forrest" close you into buying SEO, then I have some stock in enron you may be interested in. Yep Im an ex-employee. Do I have a grudge? Yep. And you should take it from me, because I worked there and I saw the lame [***] every day. When I say lame I mean the Ed Hardy type of lame. The [***] in a vette who's flicking cigs out of his car window, and a tattoo of a "$100" on his arm kind of lame. Thats not my imagination at work, thats a general description of Russle Wallace. Look them up on the BBB. Look up any of his past companies. All have been closed within 3 yrs and All have "F" ratings. If your a business owner, then you know what an  "F" rating means....STAY AWAY!!! If your going to throw away your money, do yourself a favor and give it to charity.

        I also worked there briefly both in sales and actually doing the SEO. All they do is make a google places listing with the pin google gives you, then add google's suggested keywords, then shove a few more keywords in the description. Their service is something you can do by yourself.

        A good SEO company should have talented copywriters doing the descriptions and pictures for the listing. Instead, they have teenagers getting $10 per account that do them as fast as possible that are pulling random images from google and putting them in the listings. I couldn't in good faith work with them anymore because they were using copywrited images on the listings and potentially getting small business owners sued. The whole thing was just bad karma and a waste of time so I quit.

        These people are complete amateurs. It's probably the most unprofessional company I've ever had the misfortune to work for. The sales department seems like a bunch of high school drop-outs and ex-cons to me. You're better off throwing your money into a burning trash can than letting 29 prime mess up your google places listing or worse, causing google to ban your business altogether.

        Made a bad mistake

        Finally cancelled the service and called the bank and cancelled the credit card I gave them for billing.  They did great for about 6 weeks.  Then I could not get ahold of them.  Finally called the billing number on my bank account and told them to CANCEL.  Thank you for reporting so I know for sure.  They told us they only would rep one type of a company in a metro area.  They have called us a hundred times trying to sell us something we already had and they sold it to our competitors....so they are very bad.   Not worth the money.

        OMG - these guys keep calling my cell phone day after day... even after I BEG them to take me off their list. Hopefully theres's a special place in telemarketing HELL for these people.

        I have turned them into the do not call registry for calling me at least twice a day for over 2 weeks now. I have tried everything I can think of from being nice when I talk to someone to being a jerk and am still getting calls. My plan now is to call them back at 619 727 8934 (the only number I can find that works for them) every time they call me.

        I have to say that today was the third time I received a call from them.  I asked the girl what company is she calling from as she first stated: "Google Listing Update",  "Do you want to update your Google Listing?".  After I asked her twice,  "What company is this again?, she mumbled "29.. something".  Then she hung up on me.  My caller ID showed their number as 704-220-0645.  Their websites are 29Prime,  29Local, 29Maps..

        Shady.. I would not use them especially after they keep changing their name.

        I will tell you why there are positive reviews.....Go look at sitejabber.com and search for them.  Tons of people with glowing reports, who only have 1 review each....the employees post them!  They are a terrible company, outright lie, (claiming they are affiliated with Google) and spoof the numbers they robo-call from.
