Russell Wallace has now opened the doors for the 4th time in 3 1/2 years to his new company name...29 prime! Russell has a track record of being a fly by night and operating scam telemarketing operations for local SEO. Check out reliable listing, ilocal sem, your local merchant and now 29 prime. The facts are all there for everyone to see and believe me, there are enough to keep you busy and want to stay away from this scum. He feels the way to operate a business is to sign up as many clients as Forrest(sales closer) can sell with an agreement for a minimum of 3 months off of there press 1 campaign that hits nationwide claiming they are google's 411 service calling to update your profile. Since they know they won't be able to do anything for you, Russell has learned from his failures that if he has a signed contract with 3 months, he can charge you. If his tele scam boiler room can pump out sales each week...you can see how Russell banks on several clients a month for a minimum of 3 months of payment. He has scammed employees out of money by his midnight move tactics and destroyed the market for small business owners on front page placement. This is not a competitor nor an ex employee...what i have provided here are nothing more than FACTS that can be viewed by typing in the ex companies he has constructed. Attorney generals have received several complaints and get a kick out of this clown...like any scam telemarketing operation, they all get about 4-6 years of destroying peoples lives before they are shut down. You cant operate under deceptive business practices with this kind of lack on integrity and stay out of the spotlight...buyer beware!!! Do your research before paying to have your online profile managed!! There are some ethical companies that have been in business for years under the same name!! Again i repeat...what has been presented here is FACT. Russell Wallace, Forrest Blackburn and 29 prime...scammers at it again under new name and scamming the marketplace.

They represent themselves to be Google and then once they bait their victims, they charge big money for Google's free Places listing service.

Jason Peek has not agreed to a refund!
Hi, Jocelyn,
I called you on Friday last regarding this company.
Their reresentative "Jason" contacted me by phone.
His pitch was very slick & practiced & at this time of year he was offering the one thing my small DJ company could really use right now.
"Placement on the first page of google" in my market area - cost would only be $299.00 - he said his company represented Google and this is what they do!
He also said for $100.00 more he would get me first page placement on Bing and yahoo and other search engines.
He asked for Key words for my business and promised first page placement within 3 weeks!
The initial st up cost was to be $399.00 and a monthly fee!
As soon as I gave him my credit card # I felt uneasy!
Within Hours I received a receipt that included a guaranty:
"29 Prime guarantees that at least two of your 10 keywords will appear on the front page of Google Local / Maps within 60 days. If we do not achieve this, upon your request, your monthly fee will be suspended until that minimum standard is achieved."
This was far far less than Jason promised on the phone and it made no mention of the other search engines and again I was concerned about the phrase "Google Local / Maps" which seems to be a covert phrase that probably limits their promised results even further! I immediately phoned to cancel but had to leave a message for Jason about my desire to cancel and he returned my call in fairly short order - I told him his sales pitch & offer to me was for a lot more than his receipt acknowledged and their company guaranty that was attached was not printable!
I stated that if he wanted me to stay as a customer then I wanted him to send me contact info for at least 2 of their satisfied customers in my area and an email describing in detail the services that they would be performing for me & the expected time frame for results that he promised -
If he could not do this within 48 hours then I said just cancel our arrangement and return my money to my VISA account.
Within hours he sent a printable Guaranty stating this was the first step of my conditions - He has not delivered on any of my other requests so I expected the cancellation & return of funds!
Jason also told me a VISA charge is disputable & reversible for months and that I shouldn't worry?
Since this began I have searched the internet for other complaints about this company - there have been 68 complaints filed with the BBB & several with Rip/Off report and numerous others come up when I search "29'prime review"
I respectfully request that this charge be reversed to my favour ASAP by HomeTrust VISA.
On a subsequent email I have discovered Jason's last name is Peek

Hello Jason Peek(Slick),
I want you to cancel this service & return my money to my VISA account.
Your sales pitch is a total lie!
You have no connection to Google & your Guaranty is a sham promising far less than you did over the phone!
I am forwarding this email to VISA!
Unless my funds are returned I will report your fraudulent tactics to Rip Off Report & any other website that fights your kind of scam!

My Name is Jason Peek.
First Let start by saying am sorry for the negative review and bad time some of you have had with 29 Prime. As far as my personal Treatment with clients I work with, I always try to take my time in order to go above and beyond to make sure they do get on the front page.
As Far as John and Dee Dee Jays Disc Jockey, I walked him thought the whole process and also had several follow up calls, after a few days John called back to move forward with our service, within one day (without calling me or my office) he called Customer service looking for a refund and within 4 hrs he's Credit Card was refunded. Below I tried to provide a screen shot of our system so show the sets we went thought and also the time line of his refund.
At the end of the day I know some clients have had a issue with 29 prime and am a nobody here, so obviously I cant help everyone, but I do take pride in my work and the service I offer and if every when off what people like John say they it would lead a lot of people away from success that google helps with.
I hope this help shed some light on this, also below is the screen shot showing the real story of John's 4 hr refund.
Good luck to John and Dee Dee Jays, I hope you have success with the other ways u will be advertising.

You may be an OK guy, but the whole outfit is shady. And they keep sending this young kids to talk to callers who got the manuscript in their hands and they just agree with you and nothing gets done! So far I am out $258 (could have been worse since originally they got me for $1695). I feel like doing something violent but then they will find one different-color person and call me a racist. The whole country is going South! We got a liar in the White House and a racist running Department of Justice! What example is that? Jason, see if you can find an honest job!
I'm so grateful I checked your site first. I will NOT be returning that call!
I have gotten probably 100 calls from this company now. I got two calls in three minutes this time. I have asked them them to stop. I am on the national do not call list and told them so. But I found out who they are and I am fed up! People would be crazy to do business with them.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
fact. how can you buy a front page of google when the companies that are already there bought that spot.

they are a real company, they just don't do what they say they will do.. any not to be rude, but NO ONE should ever be spending 1k-10k without doing some research first, or else you would of found sites like this. Stop calling them, and call there internet provider, although they are not doing anything "wrong" they are still commiting fraud. A banks definition of fraud is "anything that you purchase while under the assumption it is something else" the SECOND they tell you they are affiliated with Google.com, call this number :
+1-800-898-6473
Let them know you want to report a company committing fraud, if enough people call they will HAVE NO CHOICE but to shut them down... STOP calling 29prime, and call the number listed above, why hit the middle man when you can go straight to the people who provide them with internet ??!?!??! c'mon guys, stop complaining and start calling.
