I got a solicitation on my cell phone from Digitcom Services the other day.  Yesterday I got a solicitation on my cell phone from the Sunset Group (a time-share scam company) in Mexico.

I just want you to know that when you cost people money for purposes of solicitation, that you are liable for damages beyond a shadow of a doubt and if it ever happens again, I will sue your [***] [***] for every [***] penny you own.

    I receive daily phone calls from Digitcom Services. The number they called from was 1-408-587-2175. It was a landline from Salinas, CA located on S Main Street and John Street. Is this a person's house or a business?

    Digitcom Services are calling my number everyday sometimes more than once a day.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  To whom do I report them?

    I just called digitcom inquiring about 702-520-1341. They said the company was called 'telephone management'. Digitcom said I will not receive anymore call from that # but now I'm scared of how many other calls I will get. Who can we turn to for help in stopping the madness?

    My wife and I , as well as a close friend have been receiving phonee calls during the middle of the night and early morning (6:00 am) The phone only rigs one time and due to the hour we have not been able to see the number on caller ID. This morning I was able to view the number-310-599-5754. The phone is an unklisted number in Compton, California and the carrier is Digitcom. Our friend had the same number on her caller ID. We have collectively received at least a dozen calls for auto warranties and it is a nuisance. but not in the same league as being disturbed in the middle of the night.

    I've been receiving calls from 626-259-5549, which is also Digicom in Covinia, California. They are bill collectors [allegedly], but when you talk, they hang up. What's the point? Is there a class-action suit pending that we can join against these fools? Let me know, please - jsbnew@comcast.net.

    Okay today was my day for Digitcom (Wildgate) After receiving 11 calls back to back within one hour I had enough. So on the 12 call I answered adn hit one, the first lady ask for my name, and "I said you called you tell me you said I qualified. Well, she hung up? To many questions. Not more then 3 sec. the phone rang again this time it was Megan, she informed me I was an idiot and hung up. I said enough. So I called the number that appeared on my caller ID, and it just allows you to press 1 to be removed from calling list like that would do it. So like so many of you I did a reverse lookup in Ca. and got a number. Spoke to a lady from another country could barely understand her and she started to tell me I was being rude, I explained to her that I couldn't understand what she was saying and is there somenone that I could speak to that spoke English affluently.  She hung up on me. So now I am angry and I being the research. Found a company that is linked to this mess and that company is Telephone Management Corporation in Oregon. OMG people this company is a company that I would not call,write,or fax,email. I made the mistake in emailing the company OMG don't I was told by Mr.WElls "I was abusive, and didn't know what I was talking about." I have emails if you would like to read that encounter I will be happy to send.  I looked at all three BBB reports and all of them are F's.  I have emails from TMI if anyone wants them I will show them.  Mr. Wells (he's a software delevloper) David is the Complaint Office for this company. I am telling AVOID at all cost. So they are in Oregon so I contacted the AG office/Govenor's office and boy all I got to say ..No Way Would I ever go to Oregon not even for a free house.:) Just for the record our phones are all listed on the DNC and we still are receiving at the time of this writing 26 in all. So far. So any class action sues send me the information I will join.  But I do have friends that live in Oregon and they did fill me on the company. Thanks

    310-485-8993 Culver City CA. Digitcom strikes again! I called the number back but the only option I had was to press 1 to be put on the do not call list. It was an automated response when I called and there was no way for me to speak to an actual person or figure out what it is they were trying to sale me I that I don't need. I don't have a clue as to how they got my number. This company sucks!!! We need to do something about these jokers!

    This company continues to call me, too... The number is 408-587-2125... Same company though... They call over and over and over.  I haven't picked up yet, nor do I intend to.  I am a member of the no-call list - like many of you I've been on that list for years.  The calls come from Salinas, CA.  They've called 4 or 5 days today... and a couple of days yesterday.  Who can do anything about this?

    Well, I have been getting these calls too and my curiosity got the best of me and so I thought I would look the number up and this led me to this "Complaint Wire." What I found from reading all the commentary is that it affirmed my belief that our society has become self-righteous, selfish, self-centered, ego driven, lawsuit happy and obviously still just as racist as it was 200 years ago, with a bunch of folks with a lot of time on their hands. My goodness CJ, you must have spent over a week doing all that busy work you did, and for what? And whoever the jerky was that felt the need to commit racial slurs over a lousy bunch of phone calls must have a mental age of a cow. Oh, and the Michael J. Fox comment.. That's pretty juvenile too. God help you if that happened to you or a member of your family. YOu wouldn't think it's so funny then would ya? Ignore the calls and grow up. Jeez. I want to apologize to all the people of color of any race or ethnicity for you having to see the n word, yet again. I am by far more offended by these comments than the phone calls I originally inquired about. It's minuate compared to what you fools have displayed here. Thanks for putting things into perspective for me.

      I keep getting phone calls from them on my cel phone. I looked it up because it was in Spanish. They are out to mess up someone whon can not taker it. I am going to go to our state's attorney general. This is disgusting. They are just out to scam people.

      818-870-9258 - Parker Smith - Global Travel

      A "Travel Package" SCAM. Do not give any info to them except to tell them that you are "Not Qualified" as you are in the travel business. This makes them remove your info instead of selling it to other scammers. They are calling from the same place that was recently raided & closed down for running similar scams.

      Rec'd call on cell phone a few months ago (not sure from who or number) and they said they were sending me $120 in gas cards because my credit is good on a Mastercard with numbers ending in XXXX.  Told them if I was getting something I'd receive information by mail from the credit card company. Plus I KNOW you dont get anything free.  Rec'd call again 1/28 and they said same thing.  I repeated same thing advising that I dont discuss credit card information by phone.  They called 4 more times that day.  Today (next day) they have called 11 times. I work and talk professionally but by the third call I had had it.  Told them get me off their Freakin list and dont call back.  Called back 2 or 3 times and asked for me then like the other complaints they are now hanging up.  I know the number by now and do not answer.  The cell phone is actually a work phone.

      Whomever keeps calling me from Digitcom really needs to get a life & trust me if someone is doing something in my name I will press charges! Is there not enough s**t going on in the world that poeple really need to harrass others? Please!!! First of all I don't do anything in Vegas, secondly I never give out my personal info, and yet I still have to worry about a**holes like these people calling and harrassing me! WTF!

      Seriously, someone needs to do something about this, GET A LIFE!

      when you answer or respond to these types of calls it lets them know that its an active number. dont answer calls from numbers you dont know, period. i have a block app on my phone for any numbers that are not in my address book already, it automatically send them to voicemail.

      I just got one from them (310-599-9208) on my company cell phone. Number is out of
      Compton, LA. Original message was about lowering my interest rate on a credit card.
      I pressed "1" and a dude gives me the same speech.  I asked him which card. He says
      my Visa card beginning in "4".  So I said, all Visa card begin with 4. He says the card
      from Chase. I don't have a card from Chase. He hangs up.
      What a scam.
