I got a solicitation on my cell phone from Digitcom Services the other day.  Yesterday I got a solicitation on my cell phone from the Sunset Group (a time-share scam company) in Mexico.

I just want you to know that when you cost people money for purposes of solicitation, that you are liable for damages beyond a shadow of a doubt and if it ever happens again, I will sue your [***] [***] for every [***] penny you own.

    Just block them and move on. Trying to sue is a ridiculous expense of your time, money and mental sanity.

    Tired of all these harassing calls
    This message board started in 2009 and among the first posters, Digitcom was mentioned as the phone provider. Five years .... and the federal government has done nothing to shut these people down. Why are we even funding the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission -- much less the FBI? If they can't shut these people down can we expect them to do anything?
