this company called my cell phone at 3:10 p.m. telling me my name had been selected to recieve a job as a govt ins refund processor. I asked if it was sales and they said no. They said all I do is sends the forms to people who have paid off their homes loans and are due a refund check.  For each ck refunded I was to get $400-$800.They said it was guaranteed. They said I would make $38,900 a year. I talked to sherie ext 456 on phone number 503-946-5949 another number they called from was 615-563-7877.They said I had to pay a $69 orientation packet fee plus $10 shipping to get my packet in the mail to start processing the FHA refund checks. They said the packet would include manual form agreements and my supervisor's name who I will be able to speak too if I have any questions. They also said to call number 503-946-5949 when I get my pckg. I looked up the company online and found out it was a scam.

PleaseWe paid for the packet $69.00 Plus $10.00 handeling charge got the packet in the mail with a CD looked very professional. Then they said all I needed to do was get a list of names of people that needed to be paid their refunds. Had me pay another $40.00 for this list which I never recieved. They then told me I needed to download it within 48 hours but, because, I gave them my e-mail address wrong I never recieved the instructions of how to download the information. They said that It was my fault that I gave the wrong email address and if I didn't send them another $40.00 that all the money would of been spent in vain because I had to have the list of names of people to contact. I informed them that this was unfair and I would contact the Better Business Bureau because I had paid for the information and they knew that I had not gotten it. I got an e-mail from Keven Stokes group leader customer service Technical Information service Deptment of Commerce 888-583-8332, 703-605-6050 local,
    703-605-6900 Fax
All sales Final said based on their policy they would not refund nor issue a replacement order unless I paid another $40.00 for this so called list. His e-mail address is kstokes@ntis.gov www.ntis.gov
Please beware of this company it is a Scam!!!!

I just signed up about 3 weeks ago.  I have began to send out letters to borrowers, I even bought the software they were selling to enhance your chances to make money.  I'll let you know when or if I receive my first refund processing check.  But, so far so good.  The software works, and it really seems like the real thing.

It is a process, I won't know anything for the first 2 months, but I'm prepared to wait for a pay off if necessary.

Like I said I'll keep you informed.

I people are scaming and poseing like they are working with yhe gov. then why dont the gov do an investigation on them and lock them up for fraud. I think this is to some degree hurting the economy. In thees times to many people are going thruogh hard times and cant aford to loos money. the people scaming are geting rich off the chance of a person will go for it. Peopl with money are more inquisitive about thier money. But with people in a lesser financial position, can be taken by supries. Hopeing for a way out. Iv been scamed befor an the law basicly say your fault sometimes.

That is just a lie, and you are a complete idiot.
All of you complain about "Scammers and liars", however you completely stretch what happen to make them look like a fraudulent company all because you were too lazy or dumb to do the job. What does that make you? You are ruining a perfectly good company over this.
I ordered th is package and I have actually made very good money doing this. Any job requires work, not the easy way out, which I am guessing is what you were looking ofr.

Oh and, if you are nice to the operators, they will take you off the list. But if you begin screaming and swearing at them, they keep you on just to get revenge. It is not their fault you are called, they just do their job to support THEIR families. And people are awful to them.

Allison, I am willing to give this a try. I'm a little iffy on which Intro Letter to use.  Check mailed to Borrower or mailed to refund specialist. There are pro's and con's to both with all the scams going on I think that the clients would be sceptical of having the check sent to the specialist, but I dont want to do the work and not have them send me my portion.  What do you do?  You can email me at rrwoliung@live.com  if you like.  Thanks!

I received a call for this company today - asked for an address for the company - got a phone # - called the # and got the same sales pitch - again asked for an address for the company - was told I had to call customer service - got another # - called that number and was put on hold for ten minutes - and they want me to give them a credit card #??? I do not believe the two names above that say they are making money.   The basic rule is never give a credit card # to someone who initiates a call.  Its a good rule.

GMI Enterprises LLC; They are indeed a reasonable business opportunity, however they do claim that you may request a refund of your initial investment of $69.00 with in the first (30) days...however it will take the average person more than thiry days to actually process a claim with HUD/FHA...and unless you know how to actually navigate your way through
HUD/FHA and find a phone number to confirm that they are processing your claim for your client....ie. the case number necessary to process all claims, then your in a row boat with ONE OAR !
