this company called my cell phone at 3:10 p.m. telling me my name had been selected to recieve a job as a govt ins refund processor. I asked if it was sales and they said no. They said all I do is sends the forms to people who have paid off their homes loans and are due a refund check.  For each ck refunded I was to get $400-$800.They said it was guaranteed.They said I would make $38,900 a year. I talked to sherie ext 456 on phone number 503-946-5949 another number they called from was 615-563-7877.They said I had to pay a $69 orientation packet fee plus $10 shipping to get my packet in the mail to start processing the FHA refund checks. They said the packet would include manual form agreements and my supervisor's name who I will be able to speak too if I have any questions. They also said to call number 503-946-5949 when I get my pckg. I looked up the company online and found out it was a scam.

    GMI choice of contact letter for mortgage refund claim from HUD/FHA to your client ? I have plunking along at this BIZ a while now and I have found most claiments what to keep it simple...and would file on their own
    if they could ! They mostly don't know about needing a case # to file and
    so they want to haggle with you...the toughest part of this business is to determine that you have a current address of the claiment you wish to help

    I JUST PURCHASED THE PACKET AND HAVE RECIEVED THE INFORMATION TO ACTUALLY START WORKING. THE NUMBERS THAT I HAVE BEEN GIVEN IS THE SAME NUMBER AND IT HAS NOT CHANGED NOT ONE TIME IN FOUR MONTHS. THE NUMBER IS 503-946-5949. I AM VERY WORRIED THAT IT IS A SCAM BUT MY FRIEND HAD ALREADY SPENT THE MONEY ON THE PACKET SO I THOUGHT WHAT THE HELL LET ME CHECK IT OUT I ACTUALLY HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE SO I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF IT WORKS OR NOT AND TO THE PERSON JAY IF THIS ACTUALLY WORKED FOR YOU LET ME KNOW AT MARSHARAMIREZ23@YAHOO.COM IF THIS IS ACTUALLY LAGIT ANYONE THAT DOES NOT WORK FOR THE COMPANY ACTUALLY INSIDE THE COMPANY I ONLY WANT THE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY DID THESE REFUNDS TO RESPOND LET ME KNOW IF IT ACTUALLY WORKS. I HAVE NO MONEY TO LOOSE BUT THERE IS ACTUAL PEOPLE THAT DO HAVE ALOT ON THE LINES. I AM AWARE THAT THERE IS A LOT OF MISSING INFORMATION AND THAT YOU HAVE TO DO A LOT OF LEG WORK SO I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHAT I FIND OUT.

    Got the package from GMI Enterprises and tried it. It doesn't work and it's just another work at home scam. I sent the manual back for a refund but I doubt that I will ever see that money again. Always check these things out before you pay. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

    yes' I got the very same call, from the same number, with the very same info, ie; send 69.00 & 10.00 for s&h and I'll make 400.00 to 800.00 per transaction, also my caller told me I had to also buy the names or sheets of names of the people due the refunds from them at 20.00 a piece. didn't anyone think of that? if you are going to have to call people to process thier refunds, hoe are you going to know who gets the refunds? well, I thought of that and asked my guy and he was very cool. reaaly easy to get along with, not slick or trying to talk me into anything, he just gave me the info. In order to get a refund, you have to mail back one of the sheets that you have paid 20.00 for and the package, that's what he told me. So, in the long run it's more than just the original money and that's all, in order to perform the work you have to depend on these lists of names that this company will send you to call and you have to tell them that they are due a refund. you mean there are really that many people out there due money back? I really don't think so and besides this is putting my potential earnings to much in the hands of total starangers by counting on them to send me lists? I know too that all online work is get your hands dirty, hair messy, back-breaking hard work but it has to make sense to put forth that much hard work for me to even consider it. sorry to those of you who do and kudos to those of you whom this really works for but I've yet to read a post from someone saying that yes, they do it and it works. Let's all get rich!!

    Thanks, I need that. I have had my orientation manual for a little over a year now. And I'm in between jobs now and been looking into how to get the best out of this,like making my company a LLC,company. I think people are to quick to prejudge. And just have lazy lifestyles.

    Received a GMI Enterprises LLC Letter on the 23rd July of 2009 and unfortunately didn't complete the deadline the 30th of July of 2009.
    the reason I'm posting is for one reason only.

    That reason is because I'm vouching for Oregon City because of its sentimental value it has for myself.

    The package is worth about $79 Dollars this is not like the other upsetting packages. The Gov's offer this package for you to help them process standard forms already provided for you.
    No experience is necessary.
    The benefit's are helping people receive a good refund for homeowners who may have paid off the home.

    Now your job is to receive the right candidate for your locations.
