Login id n password is already created but i dont know what's my login id and password

Greetings!
I know you always solve every ones problem and i have faith on you that you'll also solve my problem.
I m Shaveta Arora. I m doing PGDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Pune. I have paid all the installments of my fees (1st installment of Rs14000 and 2nd installment of Rs9000). There is no due amount. My Registration no. of SCDL is 200724769
Unfortunately, I am unable to create my login id and password on www.scdl.net . i have tried alot to make my id on 24th&25th September '07 but there was some error messages whenever i tried to make user id and password. So i didn't get my user id and password. But when i tried to create user id on 29th September '07 there was a message that
"user already exist". But i dont know what's my login id and password.
When i try to login on Existing Students they are not accepting my id which i was trying. And if i submit my Security Question that's also not accepted. Please see the attachment and you'll know the problem.
28th November '07 is the last date of submitting the assignments . If i wont get my user id n password i'll b unable to submit my assignments and also unable to give exams.
I have inform SCDL with a letter and lots of mails but they are not solving my problem. Even i call them but no one is taking call and but i have to always pay charges for that call.
Please solve my problem. You are the only hope for me. If you wont help me my carrier and money will spoil. I m mentally depressed just because of this problem. I dont have much time. Please do the need full as early as possible.

I am Anuj Kumar Jha Having Registration No. 200919478 & regular Student of 2009-10 Batch got a problem, knowingly I was not to given to attend my exam by showing reason your PP size photo is not attached on printed admit paper. I am very clearly want to inform till time no any single institute asked for photo if you have brought your ID Card of SCDL. Becoz there scdl attested photo is already printed.If you don't have trust on your scdl attested photo on SCDL ID then why you are accepting without photo 10 times without saying any thing... you all need to give instruction in advance... In spite of helping jamshedpur examiner feel very pleasing by showing there authority what he can do with a student & after half an our excuse given me that due to you got late for your exam you are not allow to sit, I wasn't late examiner make me sit half an our on bench, this is examiner problem..

THE EVENT FOLLOWS AS;
This is to inform you today I had to attend my examination at Jamshedpur centre.. at 9:00 am.., As I had already attend my first semester with
good marks. Due to my job responsibilities flow of my examination is not too good as need to be. I have to give first priority to my job & next to
my study but also I am very much interested to attend my exam so that I can clear my exam very soon..
As I had attended my exam at the centre of Delhi, Patna Now at Jamshedpur......
For my Examination I am practicing since a month so that I can complete my due examination ASAP. During this I forget to take the print out of
Admit card at the time of slot book. As exam come very near I was in good confident that I will take my admit paper print in last date so that paper
would not be rough... finally the last day came & I went to take the print out at cafe but due to basically site was opening but login was disabled
so the same I couldn't take. Very next day before Examination I am again tried to take print out but the same problem continue...As my Exam is
about to pass so I ran to attend Exam.. After reaching at centre they were no accepting & not allowing me to attend the exam. Because I have no print
out of my admit paper as I have requested to check my ID Card along with Your list for the 9:00 am Exam.. But they refuse by saying your minimum
req. need to be with you to sit in your examination is to take print out & brought the same with you.. I said OK I Understand but if this time I will
go for printout then sure I be late for exam but he show himself helpless. by saying you have 15 minutes to be back otherwise you wouldn't
allow for exam. Again I ran to cafe & tried to open the site of SCDL but this time fortunately I could open the site & took printout from
there...Again Rain to the scdl Attested centre but there was next person is available for checking & now this time next person refused to sit me by
saying there is no any photo is attached in your Print out admit paper...said Sir, till times I have attend many examination at many places but
there no single person asked for photo while your ID of scdl is available with you. Pls clear.. His reply came This understanding may varies with
person.. I am not allowing you without your photo. Again I requested if any chances to attend but he refuses to help finally I missed my Exam....
This is neither the question of an Exam or of amount spent on exam.But somewhere I feel hopeless & helpless....Student couldn't continue with
this approach...
Now the condition is I don't want to go back to the same attested centre for my next exam which date already been fixed on September...
I don't know what I want from you know??????????????? Kindly suggest the next process....

I want to known abt how can i check last login details ?
I am having trouble logging in and I am hoping that you may help me to sort it out. I was using Reg200947613@student.scdl.net as my login id. To be honest I haven't logged in to this site for over an year as I was relocated to United Kingdom and was not able to continue my studies for a while. Now I want to start it back again but its not accepting my login id and password.
Even when I go the 'Forgot Password' link, its asking for my registration number and my date of birth. If I enter the required details, the page loading next is showing an unexpeted error message.
Hope you can help me to solve this issue at the earliest.

This is Hitender Kumar Kaushik Reg. no 201029414 is not activating id is Reg 201029414@student.scdl.net.Four and five time tryed showing msg id password id loging password is not correct. same id password working yesterday evening. After 10pm till morning not working. My exam is coming this week.
