Login id n password is already created but i dont know what's my login id and password

Dear Sir,
Greetings!

I know you always solve every ones problem and i have faith on you that you'll also solve my problem.

I m Shaveta Arora. I m doing PGDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Pune. I have paid all the installments of my fees (1st installment of Rs14000 and 2nd installment of Rs9000). There is no due amount. My Registration no. of SCDL is 200724769

Unfortunately, I am unable to create my login id and password on www.scdl.net . i have tried alot to make my id on 24th&25th September '07 but there was some error messages whenever i tried to make user id and password. So i didn't get my user id and password. But when i tried to create user id on 29th September '07 there was a message that
 "user already exist". But i dont know what's my login id and password.
When i try to login on Existing Students they are  not accepting my id which i was trying. And if i submit my Security Question that's also not accepted. Please see the attachment and you'll know the problem.
28th November '07 is the last date of submitting  the assignments . If i wont get my user id n password i'll b unable to submit my assignments and also unable to give exams.

I have inform SCDL with a letter and lots of mails but they are not solving my problem. Even i call them but no one is taking call and but i  have to always pay charges for that call.


Please solve my problem. You are the only hope for me. If you wont help me my carrier and money will spoil. I m mentally depressed just because of this problem. I dont have much time. Please do the need full as early as possible.

    Due to personal reason I could not be able to submit my assignments. Now I am fine and want to complete my course. I submitted only one assignment. How can I proceed ? Please help me.

    SCDL is a cheat . the PGDBA course fees which is RS 35000/-as they say is not enough and will not satisfy them,apart from this you have to pay assessment fees, prospectus fees, then examinations fees that is fees for each paper and each assessment together there are 17papers and 16 assessment ,after this pay for project report.  you have to pay untill you finish your course. online lectures are for particular topic not the topic in which u might have doubt. look at this i have still not given any exam but I am regularly and continously paying ''feezez''. If I add everything to 35000,, the total might go to 40000/-by the end or even more  for distance studies scdl PGDBA course. [not even MBA. Certificate]

    Good morning mam .reg.no.201320183.mam I m new commer in dis univertiy so I really don't no exam rules there is no guidelines. how to select a ques or how to go next ques.it is very difficulty for me .my exam date is 9 march so I between in dat or v can say dat by mistake I click on end button during exam.by dis I attempt only 2 ques .its means I fail..I m v serious about my exam..pzzz its a humble request for my side pzzz give one more chance to give exam urgently.I m ready to give exam today only..pzz conduct my exam on dis Saturday.pzz accept my request..its a full of tention .ry as soon as possible. I really don't no what's a rules of this university.. its my 1st experience to do exam with computer..its a new thing for my life DAT exam paper is objective type; online demand exam paper can b on computer or many more...pzzz give suggestion...conduct my exam on dis Saturday...I have already late ...

    my reg no is 201320183....i m extremly sorry for that "i m not satisyfing your university"..becoz of many reason.many a times i rquest u to conduct my exam but u cant ...your university is focus on students money nothing else..u igonre me or u iritated me..i have send my form and d.d on 16 june but till now u cant conduct my exam...boking can b done within 4 to 5 working days not 2 to 3 weeks.. dont b fool..for silly mistake u put up iether u cant submitt document or your exam validity is over...u have provided stupid customer care staff which have no knowlege about stream...its a just a time pass job.....u have already given v short time period for mba how i can compete ...u only told...if u r not conducting or boking properly or taking v long time i m not resposible for that ...not a single smester i have a complete due to silly mistake from your side.
                                                                     what can i do ...give sugesstion....many a times i call and waiting half an hour for conecting customer care...u never think its just a stupid situtions...i never give suggestions to other person to take addmision on scdl....i m sorry to take addmision on your university....i have no time to complete M.B.A seriously...there is no positve responce from your side....
