There number appears to change depending on the person they are calling to match the state area codes. I live in New Jersey and the number shows up as 908-382-3180, Vitelity, LLC. When ever I pick up the phone, which is rarely - they say nothing and just hang up on me. I get about 5 calls a day from them. Attempted a call back and got a recording: Premier Energy Sales. If you know your parties extension press 1, otherwise press 2 and the call is placed in to voicemail. I called back again and left a message. They called me back literally in 2 seconds of hanging up the phone, looking for someone I don't know to collect a debt and then accused me of being this person and lying. I thought it was funny and I made that know to the guy who would not disclose his name and he instantly got rude. Started rambling on, so I placed the phone down and went about my business. Wasn't until 20 mins later I finally heard the busy single sound indicating he finally realized I wasn't paying him no attention and hung up. No call back yet... :)

314-571-5807 is the number they called me from. I answered, they said "hold on while I confirm your address" if they do not know me then they do not need my address. Sounds like the same scammers who called from 2 other numbers within the last day.

At 6:51 PM EST tonight, I rec'd yet another call from (caller ID) Vitelity, LLC. @ 850-807-4893. I too have rec'd numerous calls from them. I'm not sure if their phone # has always been the same as the one in this message. It's obvious from previous comments, that they use multiple phone #s. I will keep track of that from here out. They never leave a message and I don't answer their calls. Just a thought, do any of the previous commentors use Facebook?

Live in the Greater Pgh Area and got a msg from Vitelity, LLC, #724-260-8169, 1/18/12, also stating that I had won a $40 visa card.  Won't be calling back, but definitely sounds like a scam.

You can block the number. Look in your telephone book and follow directions for call block  *60. Hope that helps.

This call from that 412-226-8238 number asked for the person handling the electric bill (not me). Based on the discussion above, my guess is that it was an attempt to tell us that we had an overdue bill. The only "Vitelity, LLC" listed is a communications co in CO, so this would appear to be a single source of random-business based calls?

True, there are contractors working for utility companies, like gas & electric, but they should be listed on the parent site.

I have been getting these calls as well and I get local area code 732 which is a NJ. area code. I won a B.J. wholesale store card. They hang up when my wife answers the phone. They seem to call at the worst times of day. We just don't answer it when it comes up on caller ID. I would answer it if they didn't hang up. I would love to rip these people a new A@#. Any state or federal agency care to do their job? We pay a lot of taxes for these regulatory agency's. Anyone care to add their thoughts.

Just an idea. Maybe we can call Chris Hall's house at all hours and harass and wake his family at 7:00 am on Saturday and Sunday mornings or how about dinner time. He is co-founder of this company and CEO of Vitelity LLC. Just an idea. His cell phone number would be better.

Vitelity.com is a voip phone company which provides voip phone services to businesses and individuals. They are a legitimate well run company and they provide voip phone services to our company and have done so for 5 years. It is very easy to set caller id to any company or phone number you want. I would guarantee the company calling you is not affiliated with Vitelity.com.

Just moved into new home when I received a call from Vitelity. LLC.  They were calling me by the wrong name (Mr. Green) and using a phony P.O. Box for my mailing address.  He was trying to tell me they could provide electric power for 40% less then our local utility provider (PECO).  When I explained that I worked for PECO we all of sudden became disconnected.  He was fishing around for all kinds of information.  BEWARE

When these boneheads call me I answer on 2 handsets simultaneously and put them together with the earpiece of #1 to the mouthpiece of #2 and vice versa, @ max volume, which results in a very loud high pitched feedback. Not a very pleasant sound to the con artist on the auto-dialer headset...of course, that's the idea!

I called the real Vitelity and was told it is all a scam to steal my money and they are working on clearing their name. Their advice was to contact the FTC and to call my phone service provider and have them block the number that the call came from. I have a much better idea. My new name is Mitt Romney or whoever I dislike the most at the moment and I can lie about all my info just as well as they can. The idea is to make them believe they are pulling one over on me while I am actually doing exactly that to them. I get nothing more than the pleasure of knowing I am screwing over the lousy piece of crap that is trying to steal my hard earned money, but I enjoy it. I'm kinda twisted that way :)

!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY HONEST INFORMATION !!!

I have also received calls from Vitelity, LLC.  Fortunately I have caller ID, so I do not answer
unfamiliar calls.  Fortunately my phone provider has a "call blocking" function and that
works very well as phone numbers that are blocked are not allowed to ring.  When unknown
or unwanted calls are repeated 2-3 times without leaving a message, they are added to my
blocked list, which is quite long.  I am also on the national  "do not call" list, which obviously
is not working as it should;  the offenders know that the chances of being caught and
    prosecuted are slim.
I do not use Facebook or any other social media.
It is an outrage that strangers are allowed to inconvenience, harass and scam people, just
    because people have phone numbers.
