I have booked a railway ticket for myself and friends through irctc.co.in for Ajmer to Bandra Terminus in Garib Rath dated 22nd mar, 2008 and my pnr number was 2247320373.
Unfortunately i got my tickets lost just an hour before departure of train i & my friends inform it to Ajmer TTE office and request to issue the duplicate tickets but we got reply from them that as your ticket latest status is on wait list issuing a duplicate tickets is not possible. We request to cancelled the tickets and refund the amount by electronic transfer service as we had purchased it by credit card but they told that as per Railway Laws it is not possible.
We are surprised that what sort of law it is that we cant get our own hard earned money back. If this is the railways law its very injustice.

    I have booked a E-Ticet on 21.06.2008 for going to from Nagercoil to Madras on 24.06.2008,But due to sme problem in IRCTC website i could not able to take printou,I tried this for 2 days but the same thing continued.So i have went to the  ticket counter and asked for an copy of the ticket they din't give proper reponce ,but again and again i have asked the same thing to the railway person,so he got angry and slapped me and he pushed me into the room and locked the room and given complaint to the RPF.RPF is treaterning me to pay 2000rs.Due to this i could not able to go to chennai on24.06.2008.Still i am in nagercoil.My mob no is:9003312124.

    you can go back to the station from where you booked the ticket and by giving the complete details of the ticket to the reservation supervisor you may get your amount back.

    I booked ticket through internet(e-ticket).But unfortunately i lost it,but i have "PNR number".So what i should do to get another ticket through internet.

    next time u anable to print paper ticket donot worry just bord on your conferm seat and saw your photo i card to ticket cheker he find u only 50Rs and make a new ticket.this rules are also print on e-ticket.

    we always book ticket we get in waitinlist because of they issue tatkal ticket.we request you to immediately witdraw tatkal scheme at onces.indian railways.

    SIR I AM FROM ROHTAK,AND I WANT TO SAY THAT AT THIS ROUTE (ROHTAK TO DELHI)MOSTLY TRAIN TIME HAS CHANGED,BUT NOT FOR HARYANA EXPRESS. THIS TRAIN COME 7:58 IN MORNING.IF THIS TRAIN TIMING CAN ALSO CAHNGE (SOME EARLY FROM ROHTAK)THAN IT WILL BE GOOD FOR ALL JOB PERSON WHO COMES IN DELHI BY THIS TRAIN,AND REACH LATE BECAUSE OF THIS TRAIN.TRAIN DRIVER PUSH BREAK BEFORE 2KM TO ANY STATION AND TAKE SO MUCH TIME TO REACH ANY STAION.IF TRAIN TIME CAN CHANGED SO IT WILL BE VERY THANKFULL TO YOU....
