I have booked a railway ticket for myself and friends through irctc.co.in for Ajmer to Bandra Terminus in Garib Rath dated 22nd mar, 2008 and my pnr number was 2247320373.
Unfortunately i got my tickets lost just an hour before departure of train i & my friends inform it to Ajmer TTE office and request to issue the duplicate tickets but we got reply from them that as your ticket latest status is on wait list issuing a duplicate tickets is not possible. We request to cancelled the tickets and refund the amount by electronic transfer service as we had purchased it by credit card but they told that as per Railway Laws it is not possible.
We are surprised that what sort of law it is that we cant get our own hard earned money back. If this is the railways law its very injustice.

    Can you help me to cancel a duplicate I ticket. As railway reservation counter is telling they will not cancel duplicate ticket.

    I have been to TVM Kanyakumari from Chandigarh; from Nizamuddin to TVM I traveled in RAJDHANI Express on 26/12/2010 at 10:30.The return journey was also in Rajdhani Express from TVM to New delhi.
    I lost my Rajdhani ticket somewhere on the returning. it was 3 tire ac 4 tickets. booked from Chandigarh.
    I have to claim these tickets for LTC in my office.
    All other tickets are with me. What should I do.?

    I have lost my reservation ticket dated 21st June, 2011. It was reserved for 21.06.2011 in Kutch Express from Gandhidham to Bandra.  Please suggest me the way how can i get duplicate ticket to reach Mumbai.

    I Navin shrestha has booked a i-ticket on 18/08/2011 for journey on 08/09/2011. But i have not received i-ticket till now and i complaint to them so many times. They simply reply that it has been delivered to Mr Thakur with stamp. I asked them that how they gave that valuable ticket to anybody without my authorisation. Now i want to cancel that i-ticket. They simply reply that i need to call to courier service department that why they handover that ticket to them. This is very unjustice answer .The journey date is 08/09/2011 from hyderabad to ernakulam. My PNR number is 1252027517.
    Kindly do as needful.

    i booked my father's ticket at bhilwara from barabanki to ahemdabad and i send this ticket by regd post but till date 12/10/11 that ticket aws not handed over to my father and my father go to barabanki rly stataion and talk to stn master he told i want fir for this ticket and we take any action that ticket was confirmed s-3(coach no) and 41 birth no this ticket is senior citizen's ticket and our india's rly employ dosenot help my father.but till time know our indian rly employ is idiot and nonsesns person they dosenot know how this old person go to ahemdabad in genreal compartment
