In October 2010 I received a box of unsolicited craft supplies, mostly junk. I called and emailed Kleritec to pick it up. When they hadn't answered after 2 weeks, I gave it away to charity. They have been billing me ever since. What a scam! Don't EVER deal with this company. How have they remained in business?

It is also unlawful to use the mail (or even common carriers like UPS and FedEx) as part of a fraudulent scheme.
File a mail fraud complaint with the U.S.Postal Inspector.
In addition, file fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.

Looks like they are also known as "United Business Supply", and have branched out from the old business supply/"toner" scams targeted at small businesses, to similar "craft supply" scams targeted as schools and daycare centers.

Reviews fit into 2 categories: raving praise, and warnings of shipping and billing for unordered merchandise. The "raves" have a similar writing style, suggesting that they are trying to slant the "reviews" with shills, even on BBB.
