They tell you of a deal to orer 2 items then they send more and bill for things you did not order and they refuse returns. They ripped me off for $196.20 of unwanted toner, now they are sending me past due bills in the mail for an additional $142.76!

    Never order from United Business Supply or Kleritec, they send you and bill you for things you did not order and will not accept returns and their products are inferior

    Hi guys!...I would suggest you to call this number TFN 888-740-5065. This is some kind of Consumer Protection Service that gets refund for people. They will assists you regarding with your concerns. Maybe this number might help your worries. Good day!

    Wow, I am surprised about this complaint. We at Kleritec have an UNCONDITIONAL guarantee on the back of our invoices. "Your satisfaction is guaranteed or the product will be replaced" As far as unwanted toner, simply call customer service (not the sales department), let them know what the problem is. We promise a complete resolution to your satisfaction within 48 hours. Any unwanted toner will be picked up at the company cost.

      Wow, is right.  I can't swallow what you're shoveling.  Our experience with Kleritec was anything BUT    satisfactory.  The only unconditional guarantee we received was a guaranteed headache. If we didn't pay for products we did not order we were threatened with our credit being ruined.  As  business owners we found this blackmail technique appalling.   After numerous calls trying to straighten out Kleritec's mess, we ended up paying more than what was quoted to us and washed our hands of them and their deceitful practices.  DO NOT allow Kleritec to get your card or checking information, they will abuse your account. If you find yourself caught in their web of lies,pay with money order only. And yes this is the right Kleritec not a different one. PLEASE!  And yes we did call customer service and not 48 hours later, try months later a completely unsatisfactory resolution was reached.  Save yourself the stress do not deal with these nonprofessionals.

      This is not true. Your company sent me toner I DID NOT request and I continued to call to resolve this and nothing ever happened except you kept sending me a bill. I had to file a report on the company. You guys are horrible and shouldn't be in business. It won't take long for the complaints to add up and you guys close the doors to poor business decisions. It's companies like yours that make the good guys look bad. Close the doors and help us all.

        A shady business... sends product we did not order... intimidates with calls to collect money not owed to them. Look at the Better Business Bureau.. Kleritec failed with an "F". BBB shows in red there is an alert for this business. BBB will not accredit them. Be VERY careful.

      DON'T LET THEM BLOW YOU OVER!!  WE FINALLY RECEIVED A CALL TAG FOR TONERS WE DID NOT ORDER.  THEY COULD NOT SEND US A SIGNED CONFIRMATION OF US ORDERING 12 AS THEY SAID.  WE HAD ONLY ORDERED 2 WITH A PROMISE OF A FREE ONE.  WE MESSED UP AND LET THEM TALK US INTO THE FALSEHOOD THAT WE HAD ORDERED MORE BEFORE WE WOULD RECEIVE THE FREE ONE.  THEN THEY SENT 4 AFTER I HAD TOLD THEM NOT TOO.  INSISTED WE PAY.  IT ONLY TOOK 4 MONTHS OF BACK AND FORTH CALLS BEFORE THIS CALL TAG ARRIVED!!!  ALMOST WISH I HADN'T RETURNED THEM.  A SCAM COMPANY REALLY CAN'T DO MUCH ABOUT IT.  GOOD THING WE ARE NOT ALL LIKE THEM!!!

      NOT TRUE, terrible company scam! They will not take returns and continue to send you things you did not order. They are criminal and do not order from them. I repeat do not order from this company its a scam!

      I think you are another individual of this scheme of fraudulent business practices conducted by Kleritec.  Troy is the other individual who keeps calling after we paid off the invoice that was adjusted for charging the school three times more.  We kept telling Troy we don't want anymore packages but he always said this was part of a back order and each back order had a hefty price tag.  We received another shipment end of 2012 that was not at all authorized for over $700.00.  The retail value for the items were $150.00.  Kleritec does NOT have an UNCONDITIONAL guarantee or would Kleritec accept returns.  SO please change this business practice because our school is already taking actions to proceed legally and will be contacting the attorney general and the state controller.

    Kleritec is a rip off. They continue to send products to you at a outrageous cost and say that this the the last order. I will be reporting them to attorney general office.

    @ John Kleritec is a joke. 1st of all where's the phone # to this magical place you soak of that is a no hassle money back satisfaction guaranteed type call center We've called and spoken with someone several times last was the best of all Eileen who has no cust svc training whatsoever. We did not order these products. She said we had to pay $100 b4 you all would send ups to pick up the package.. DON'T TRUST THEM. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.  Also they write a bunch of good reviews about themselves while posing as satisfied customers

    I AGREE!!! I keep on getting orders and orders! I tell them that I don't want it and they still tell me to pay for it and I'm talking hundreds or $$. It is rediculous! No help from company!

    Kleritec is a scam company that sends you toner for you to try, but then tells you have more to accept and after that shipment couple months down the road you have more to accept to complete your order and again and again...   scam!!! beware
