i have returned the book you sent me.....that i canceled before and now i'm still receiving a bill what up with your company ? you provide no phone number to get this solved....so keep wasting your time i'm not going to pay for something i didn't want or keep!!!!!!

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG and the US Postal Inspector.
I hope that the publisher will note that this policy of sending & billing for
not pre-ordered items are causing them irate customers!!
